Idk. The guy that “rescues” FL from sexual harassment, literally sexually harasses her non stop. I wish they didn’t romanticize this terrible behavior. And he’s written a love song about her days after they met? Oh and while I am ranting, who rides a horse in a protective vest but no helmet??

Also some of the shakiest camera work ever. Just terrible.

I am on ep 11. I really like the FL actress and the story is pleasing so far. I almost never get 2ML syndrome (assuming Su Fu is not 1ML) but he clearly has her back. Per the comments, I expect it to fall apart but so far so good.

I am not sure the actors even know what is going on in this show. Many in this cast have been good in other roles, so I have to think the writing and direction are to blame. Overall, it passes the time, but I feel it could have been way better with something for talented actors to work with.

I am on 23 and I am hooked. The pace, story, music, humor is just right for me. To each their own.

I love how they are mature acting but completely oblivious about their feelings.

I used to rate a historical drama better if the ML’s hair was let down, even once. This show has blown the doors off. LXY with hair down is pure gold.

I really wanted this to be as wonderful as The Double but it just didn’t make it. I adore Duling but the character is just not as convincing. The mother/daughter dynamic was intriguing ML is handsome but does not convey emotions imo. I think the biggest delight for me was the step mother arc that redeems herself. The costumes are really beautiful and different (I have no historical knowledge of accuracy). Overall it was entertaining for me.

Finally getting to watch this. I am really not a fan of reverse harem where every man is in love with FL. And after getting her man stolen in modern time, she constantly allows herself to get close to her cousin's husband. Ewww.

I finished today and didn’t find them too bad. I think I’m getting used to the pronouns.

I really enjoyed this, especially the FL. She is smart and pretty and ambitious. The romance is pretty subtle but it is there, it’s just not the main focus. ML & FL work together well to seek justice. It is a smooth plot without many shocking twists but the pacing was very good.

I watched a BTS from Rainkissed Fate where he said he hasn’t seen a script that he likes enough to do regular. Right now he prefers short format because he can be consistent in character. I was really impressed with how intelligent and thoughtful he was in the clip.
