you're not wrong, you're actually 100% right. but what you need to understand is that there was no way this drama was going to be as successful or popular if they had casted an actually ugly FL, I wouldn't have watched it.
so you kind of have to suspend some disbelief and accept the bad makeup, pimples and height as her ugly features the drama was pointing to and enjoy the drama that way.

this same shit happens in true beauty, and it's even worse in TB cuz they made barely an effort to uglify her.

that only works for weekly running dramas, not a Netflix one that people will finish in a day or two, you can't expect to not get spoiled when you willingly came on to this page before watching a finished drama.

now that you've mentioned it, ML was quite stalker-ish and had that toxic "can't take a no" as an answer vibes, I didn't pay attention to that when I was watching cuz I was laughing so much but yeah! his behavior was quite weird

I hope this means we get more fun rom-coms without a stupid triangle out of china

I gave it a 7/10, only because I didn't like the invisible plot, it dragged for too long, I also did not like SML

It's just super mid, the characters made choices that would intentionally make them die for dramatic effect, 456 died to say he wasn't a horse, but had less IQ than the horse, he chose to willingly die despite having multiple chances to live.

exactly, we got so much background info about characters in season 1,we even got some for 001 even if it was fake. but we got nothing in seasons 2 & 3, clearly a deliberate move that didn't pay off

yeah, a bunch of season 2's lately have been quite shit, like fiery priest season 2 or The Uncanny Counter Season 2, both shit

the issue isn't that the ending wasn't dramatic, the issue is that 456 achieved nothing, in the end of season 1 he came back for a purpose but both he and the detective dude managed to do nothing.

I personally don't care about her face but they should have picked someone taller and with much more of a menacing look and stage presence, Gong Yoo has much more gravitas and they needed to pick someone better to fit his shoes, especially in a violent country like USA
