Or did he just go back to talk to his mom and then jump? Or did he go and gave her a hug and then went back to the building and jumped?

Maybe she doesn't, just because she is an amazing actress it doesn’t automatically makes her knowledgeable on what script will be a success or what trends are hot at the moment.
Why can’t Jang Nara ever get a decent Drama? She is gorgeous, has phenomenal range and is a great actress, but despite all of that she hasn’t had a good Drama since “sell your haunted house” and even that was mid.

Yep, I feel like writers really mess up the time travel or the iseki Dramas by going back to the previous time/world, when in truth they can simply forget about the previous time/world and just focus on the new one, the Reborn Rich writer made the same mistake and created way too many plot-holes and ruined a great Drama.

Good thing I dropped it then, I feel like the writers always mess up time travel dramas by going back to the previous time when there is no need for it at all beside just filling the quota.
If the time traveler is happy where they are then what need is there for he/she to go back, especially for Dramas that have time-travel to the future.
