no need to explain, I was just curious, it's none of my business what you do, it was just interesting to me how someone can give a drama they wanted to drop an 8, for me the moment I feel like dropping a drama my rating goes below 5 meaning below average cuz an average drama can still entertain you for it's 16 episode drama, it might just be boring or too slow at times, but if I have to drop it for me it goes below average.

exactly, they could have easily cut the Ming competition shorter and given time to the ending if they had to do 12 episodes, even without doing all of that, get rid of the time wasted on lookalikes in the finale and focus it all on the couple, we already know FL's an amazing chef, you don't have to show it to us again.

The King and his entire entourage were complete morons, like Im song-jae found FL's bag from the future and had zero questions,like as a person who has never seen realistic lifelike photos, wouldn't you have questions?

the entire cooking competition was meaningless, they did all that for the message the ming chef gave to FL and it did nothing

Yeah, like where did he get money from? does he even have an ID? isn't she a famous chef who might travel to other countries? how is he gonna go with her without a passport? did no one question how FL teleported from a plane midair to a hospital?

considering all the issues you've mentioned, an 8/10 is too high of a rating for a drama you wanted to drop

as I said In my previous comments, I was barely paying attention by then cuz I was so bored and annoyed, so you might be right

had to drop it episode 4, ML was such a boring and bland character, I don't know if it's the actor cuz I didn't like him in head over heels either so it might be him or maybe it was the script, but he added nothing to the show, FL was acting her ass off, same with SML while ML was a nothing stick figure.

I really hope he doesn't get more roles, he's such a bland and terrible actor

It's just haters who have ran out of excuses, grasping at straws to find a reason to justify their hate, like look at the top review on this page that's given the drama a 2/10, one of their stupid reasons for hating the drama is that it depicts an idol falling for a fan and that it's not realistic, now there are three reasons why this argument is stupid:

1: that actually happens irl, and it might be rare but it happens.

2: this is a work of fiction, who cares about realism in a drama about time-travel and destined lovers.

3: this shows that they didn't even bother to watch the drama cuz if they had actually bothered to watch the drama, they would have known that ML fell for FL way before he was an idol.

I don't try to fix bad writing with implications like you, and there was no indication of a coma, it's just that they didn't care or they could have easily had a transition from the plane to the hospital with some sad music for 2 minutes or even less, they just didn't care

Nah, the lighthearted stuff didn't merge well with the serious stuff and ended up ruining both.

the cooking competition by itself was good, it's just that it takes way too long and doesn't really mean anything in the end, it was just there to pad the run-time. if this was a 30 episode drama, people would have had less of an issue with it.

if it was supposed to be lighthearted and fun then they should have kept it that way, they tried to force a bunch of serious stuff in and it ruined the flow of the drama, it was awesome until episode 4, but after they added the palace BS into it, it fell apart.

it's not just his entourage, he himself is stupid too, he had all the evidence of her being from the future and still wasn't believing her, or questioning her to make a better future for himself
