Very cute. I appreciated that the female lead is portrayed as more sensible in this version than in any other version, imo. The male lead looks more like a bad boy than a nerdy, stuck-up genius, but that's just me personally. He gives me that vibe, idk. Unfortunately, the plot was changed quite a bit. Everything felt a bit rushed.

It's not really a matter of that. The movie was adapted from a manga. Keep in mind that 99% of Japanese movies and dramas are adaptations from manga/light novels.
