Girlie lived a perfect life. Worked super hard in her career till 40 and earned money respect and fame. Then got married to a perfect man, living wife and mother life. Soo good👍 perfect things at perfect time.
Yep Will start it only for him. So sad that he won't get any romantic scenes
I'm just guessing cause in the promo he was referring to Seol in ha as aunt and he will come back to his current time after time travel. And even though they will become a thing, the scenes won't be streamy like Adult Trainee. It gives 18 again vibe.
It's such a childish thing to comment or to think "Too much alcohol" or "Romanticism of alcohol" for an ALCOHOLIC character. It's like saying too much law stuff for law drama and too much medical terms for medical dramas.
No matter how they try to do magic with words, mijung and gu love story clearly super artificial and far from…
This drama wasn't about Mijung getting a perfect husband and a child. This was about her liberation. She won't hate Gu or regret or behave differently even if Gu will be bed ridden, die early or can't give her a child. It was about her loving someone unconditionally without a trace of hate when she couldn't stop herself hating her parents too. In that process, Gu might be the bad one but Mijung liberated herself from her toxic thoughts and toxic life.
Do soju and alcohol companies sponsor kdramas? There is constant soju drinking every 10 mins. It's nonstop. It…
Slice of Life dramas are made to show life in the perspective of some characters. It also shows the culture. Drinking culture is deeply associated with the work culture. All of the characters who drank are portrayed as working people. They didn't show their mother or father drinking much alcohol because it doesn't happen in real life. But in real life SKoreans drink thaaat much of alcohol. So, it nothing in their perspective. For Gu, they clearly showed him as an alcoholic. It's like you're judging something that you don't even know or understand.
I had a really hard time to get into this drama, but finished it. The characters aren't very likeable and you…
It doesn't romanticizes alcohol. It just shows a character and life in the perspective of an alcoholic. Everybody is not ready to watch and absorb the philosophies the drama showed. If you're from another country than SK, no matter how much you try you won't understand their culture. The same with their drinking culture. In real life South Koreans drink twice more alcohol than even Russians and Americans. So, every character drinking alcohol seemed totally fine in SK perspective and for Gu, they clearly showed him as an alcoholic.
This was close to perfect drama. Except the fact that they didn't show a scene of Gu meeting Chang Hee. Just asked about him. GuMi ended up together, so they'll probably meet in future but still a scene was needed.
I don't know they're joking or hell serious
