The deity keeps taking different bodies to stay in the earth and all of them having small life-span. So she must have meant the time when the other body died of heart problem

Just watch till 2nd episode at least, you'll want to watch after it, 1st episode of it is way too bad to judge

It's my first non kdrama, and I don't regret because the chemistry between the leads is awesome, but you will get frustrated like the " noona who buys the food"....
