the way i see it is that it's a combo of two things: 1 is that akin is unsure what happened that night, he might think there's a chance he was enthusiastic and just blacked out later, so he feels guilt and runs away; but more importantly 2 is that akin is in shock and not knowing what to do, and in that state what he needs most is jin's unconditional love, support and trust. jin did not give him those when he refused to believe him, so akin doesn't feel safe enough to try to tell him anything (combined with the guilt and possibility that he really did something wrong towards jin)

seeing the trailer i had the feeling this will be really good, but still had a small doubt it could end up falling on its ass -- but now i saw the director is p'aof, so this is guaranteed to be an absolute masterpiece that will Destroy Us All.

damn this role actually suits dunk so great, this is the first time he's looked properly comfortable in his skin in a role to me. and obv joong's role suits him great too... this has the potential to be the peak joongdunk dynamic

my Guess is that they're not blood-related, with the reaction that takuya had when toki said the brothers don't look alike... and we had that scene of "someone" taking secret photos of shinji at school + takuya having photos of him, so it seems like the logical conclusion to make for me. hidden step brother love stuff. but we'll see!

(i'm just guessing idk the manga) no way it could be shinji who is currently a hs senior, when the one sahara liked seemed to be a classmate of his back in hs. i'm thinking shinji is into his def-not-blood-related "lil bro" who is taking secret photos of him, so they prob both like each other

i watch on tver which is an official jp source, it gets there 1h after the start of the tv broadcast. it's free and the most convenient for jp shows if you know japanese! (iqiyi regionlocked this one for me again anyway...)

what the HECK toki looked like he was in a beauty pageant or something!! he looked so beautiful when he smiled

i love how toki really just goes no-thoughts-mode and does whatever he wants, it's rare to see that in characters. it's also a nice contrast with the way sahara overthought things to the point where he ate the paper...

yeah that's definitely what he was worried about haha

some of the editing choices are a bit wonky, and i don't love the teacher-student premise, but still... i kinda really liked it. the yankee who's a big softie on the inside -type character is a big weakness of mine and that chasing scene was so funny and cute. i am hopeful for this show! i don't see it being perfect but i hope it'll be a fun feel-good watch
