But considering the woman got a lot of screentime in the flashback, it shouldn't just for ML's friend sharing his lovestory. For sure it has some meaning. The name "Yun" matches as well. The woman in episode 24, not Sui Zuidie, the other one, seemed to be the same as the one in desert who met Feng Zhi Yao.

The woman whom Feng Zhi Yao met in flashback is the same actress who is casted as Princess Ling Yun right in the cast list right? Plus she is also being referred as "Yun". Is it the same woman?

I feel Yeli is not pretending to be Master Zhu at all. That's her split personality. So Yeli doesn't know how to fight, like she knows as Master Zhu. But when she is herself, she has no idea she can fight. So when she went to investigate Prince Li's burnt mansion, instead of going alone, she could just take her senior sect brother. Like she made him aware of her schemes during her planned kidnapping scene, and he was present there, he should have been here as well. Like it was sheer luck she met Han Mingxi, but was he was defeated soon as well.
