Like bro you could have been really evil for power or something, why are you doing stupid things for a one sided love which is not reciprocated and something you never acted on for over a decade. Like one of my biggest criticisms of this drama would be wasting an actor like Steve Noh as a stupid simp character.

People's personality, behaviour, traits everything change drastically after they fall in love, even in real life. You haven't met someone like that? People's beliefs change as well. They can't control it anymore. People get stronger and weaker in love. Even they aren't able to control it.
Yes you can think its annoying. But FL was very proud. FL decided to have a contract marriage to just achieve a title so that it helps her to get the shareholders of her father's company on her side, to inherit Castle Group. Did she think that if the contract news got spread, her dad's name, the reputation of Castle Group, even her company Castle Beauty would be tarnished, shares would fall, people would criticize them? Nope she didn't. So her begging her father for help now isn't such a bad thing, I bet her father would help her, she would realize she can depend on her family, and they will have a reconciliation.
The trope can be dumb, but we have had many strong men begging on their knees for their love, so seeing that being done by the girl, for a change isn't that bad.
But again that's what I said, both you and me can have perceptions to it. But what the character ultimately does is up to her. We haven't seen her in love, we don't know how she reacts, its up to her. It can be dumb but that's a character trait too maybe.
But again that's just a still picture, we need to understand the context properly of the events leading up to it, and for that we have to wait for the episode.

We don't know that. What you are saying is your perspective. Because no one actually has seen Huiju in love. She was kind of anti-romance. So how she is and what she does for someone she loves is completely new to us as audience as well as herself.
This is a grown woman who has never received love nor has loved anyone else herself. Strong people being weak in love is a very common trope, yes you can disagree to it, but what "her" character would actually do is not something for us to decide.
Also this is not a hate to her character but she has been very proud always, so seeing her getting a little humbled isn't such a bad thing, a character growth for her is a good sign.

I really think producers saw Bai Lu's chemistry with both of them in KR and casted them in Only for Love and now MoLi.
I would love to see a Chen Zheyuan and BaiLu drama, producers see the potential!!

Yeah but because the "Min Political Family" is just mentioned once, never shown, we are told nothing about them (till now) I have no idea how they are. Yes expectations should be huge typically but everything about the Min Family is currently assumption. But I believe all these reasons together lead to PM not confessing love.

We don't clearly know why he never confessed. The reason you mentioned is a theory I thought of too. But what if its not because of her "lowly status". What if he was just scared of loosing the friendship as well, maybe he clearly knew he would be rejected since what they shared was clearly friendship from her side very visible, or worse what he would end up being a "trophy man" of hers for few months. We know nothing about this, I hope before the drama ends, they clear this, though I don't think they would considering they have a lot to show in 4 episodes.
Regardless he has been a coward for a decade, and I wouldn't deny it. Maybe he would only have confessed when Huiju decided to get married. But he still hasn't. The entire conversation between Huiju and him where he told her to marry him instead, felt to Huiju that its just care, he is her friend, he just wants to protect her from palace politics. She is still unaware of his true feelings of a decade because he chose not to say. I hope she knows that she has been loved and respectfully rejects him, and they remain friends without any evil thing done by SML. Because if he does that, it kinds of negates the entire "true love" thing I believe.

I was too happy watching the episodes, but thought of rewatching them from a different perspective. I feel bad for you Min Jeong U. Yes maybe its my bias that the character is being played by Steve Noh. But it is what it is. You fell for her since childhood. You have been a good friend to her since a decade. I felt bad when I saw your face in the wedding. But don't be overbearing now. When you understand that what Huiju and Ian have is not fake anymore, accept it, be a good friend. Don't betray her and Ian.
I want to believe that your love is true though you had no courage to profess love to the girl you have loved forever for whatever reasons. So don't get that love tainted. You can be a good friend if not a lover.

DON'T come at me guys. I know he has been overbearing in the last few episodes, shouldn't have shouted at ML and everything. That's doesn't stop me from feeling bad for him after a rewatch especially from his perspective. Till he has not done anything evil, I will love him.
