Hence Mo Jingli, being the crown prince's son should have been the next emperor, instead of the current one, but he was confined. The current Empress Dowager, was only a concubine. She got support from Marquis Muyang's faction, and was able to put her son on the throne instead of Mo Jingli.
This makes Mo Jingli, nephew of both current Emperor and Mo Xiu Yao.

Lishan supported crown prince's son. Hence many were accused of treason, arrested, executed. Later the entire Lishan was isolated, and a lot of things happened there, which we don't know as of yet. Lishan's access to outer world was deliberately cut off. In the court, the bigger powerful faction is of Marquis Muyang, they have been supporting her so its enough. There is another faction, but that is kind of neutral, but they are not so powerful as of yet.

The mother of Segye? I really thought they wouldn't mention her again. But they showed her, what she did and why. And how ML wonders if he had known the truth it would be better or not. FL has experience of waiting with hope for a futile future, and hence she decided to tell him the truth. I liked the entire scene, of why Seori did that.
The woman who played Segye's mom, is that evil Lily from Vagabond, she was an assassin there. She even played the character of an evil lawyer who defended Sang Hyeok (Namjun's character in Your Honor). Haha she is always on Namjun's side. Plus this also continues the streak that this drama only casts people who have acted in villain roles. Haha.

Previously Yeli had said that MXY was full of life before, when he had saved her. In episode 13, they showed MXY's conversation with her when he saved her, his argument with his brother, him being rude, straight forward, short-tempered. He really was full of life. Poor MXY.

But at least we know how MXY would be even today, if everything was fine in his life. But Yeli? We just saw her in her teenage days. How she would grow up, how she would be like an adult, we have no idea. They both have suffered so much, and it makes me feel so sad.

Exactly. Even after the reveal, it has till kept my on my toes, if its a reincarnation or soul swap. Now every person expect different things. I loved the fact, that FL did not had to go away, even for one episode. The writer kept us guessing. This is truly the RomCom of the year.

I don't really understand. You mean you expect the characters played by Cheng Lei to turn evil in the middle, and hence you are always suspicious of him?? I actually avoided MJTY because of the ending his love story, and just saw some edits, but oh my God, that's quite a long last impression. Since then he has played a lot of dependable characters, is an excellent actor, here is the male lead, so no question about anything evil.

We have not seen Danshim. The personnwe saw as a court lady, as a slave, as a concubine, were all Seori, if we go by the first option. In those scenes Seori was just remembering herself.

Despite her mental health issues, it appears to me that she likes her husband.
