I think a viki admin created it in the hope they will get it but there were no actually license discussions. Do not know if true but melons say viki is low on money that is why in the 6 months they aquired less licenses or later ( after they fully aired) - when it was cheaper.

Well said. I am very glad to see his evolution as an actor! I am amazed how well he handled the 3 different generes and totally diffrent characters we seen this year. Is also so visible how much the quality of the dramas and the teams he works with has increased in the past years. I, personally am glad he is moving out of idol drama area.
