Actually the plot and scene is very realistic. Beeing an award winner and making 100 projects sucessfully does not mean you can not screw on next one. People are human even the compentent ones can not always be top perfect on each task. Plus it show the context the FL went through : an accident, she found out about the ex and BF relation, she finds they want to close the project and compensate so she is mentally in a totally different situation that the "award winning ones " . JB could not care less about the traditional rules. If you followed her character you see from first filming scene she is open to adjust, change script ,sets,people etc as long as the end result satisfy her.

Exactly.If we analyze SY overall behavior for his job since the drama started ,we can actually say he is too ressponsible even for things that are not related to his area. As long as he respected the project specifications for the design all good. Especially for a scene buliding, where you do have clearly weight limits in drawings. If the limits were not respected is not the designer fault but event organiser,or security etc so why the chief designer be blamed ? It was actually too responsible of him to take the downfall instead of others.

Well I do not belive in a sole responsability.If he was the only one working on the project yes ,but there was a team behind and a manager who all where there. So I guess each with their view but I would never blame an individual for a team project. If I am at work and I get a call or news that stg happend to loved ones I am out in the next second.Every one should have a back up for emergencies. I do not want to get into arguments just saying we are people with different views around the world and what you found irresponsible I actually find normal.I would have done the same. Plus we do know his job was done right and he was sabotagged.
