As we are from different countries and cultures here, I have a questions : is it common for asian families that the mother has last word in family matters? In the culture I grew up mothers are very important and respected of course but the ultimate decision figure in family is seen the father.

Is first love vs real love .Real love prevails 🙂

No filler scenes.TYM I have not even skipped a second. Excellent script and acting! My favorite one from all I seen this year.
There are kisses scenes in TYM but do not expect much visibility as this drama aired on TV.

If XZ is on the screen is already a win 😁
Can not belive 3 more days and the drama is ending 🫣

If you read the synopsis of the drama above you will see what is about.I find it very well described. It tackles a very realistic world of an age gap relation from first meeting to love, with all kind of challanges not only love rivals.

Second leads and side characters are family, best friends and work colleagues.

Not quite either. There is only in first episodes a new intern but she understands fast where she stands . This series does not have the usual SML , SFL troops from C dramas.

Not quite. FL is divorced and is not interested in any other men , except ML of course

He likes the FL but she has friendzoned him and never been interested in him

Exactly. People expecting this to be lovely dovey full of kisses and skin scenes can see now that an over the top chemistry needs just 2 great actors who can project it without resorting to usual troops. Loved it! Great performance of XZ and BBH 🫡

Haha ,we posted same time with same feelings 😁 can not wait for tomorrow

Loved eps 30 &31 the sweet moments at the mountain and the chemistry of the leads wow , when she was checking the drawings in the notebook just fire ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
Also I could understand the parents reactions too, that would have happend in my family also. The realism of this drama keeps me so invested.

Nothing 🤣 is just a sml who can not read the room or you can call him an annoying side charachter. Some of the comments here are over exaggerated. This drama is very realistic , is not like we do not deal with annoying people daily 😅

Good observation ,I could not mark what is special about her : the voice.Like it too!

I would have expected JB not to be in her confort zone there but she nailed it again😁

2 eps on iqiyi : 30&31

Approved 🤣

Doulou Continent ,Ace Troops ,TYM
90% of XZ dramas do not focus on romance

I can not even remeber who the TL was now 🤣
