Production quality is 100000%. I wonder if they're hoping it'll blow up and come to Netflix. Also this is giving…
If it does go on Netflix, I hope they put back some of the deleted scenes, like a director’s cut or something. Many a Cdrama has been ruined because too much was cut off at the chopping block. Thankfully the edits haven’t affected the dramas quality so far.

I honestly think it’s not just her. Li Hongyi gives off frankly hostile vibes whenever they share a screen.…
I wouldn’t worry about that. He’s capable of generating scorching hot or at least warm chemistry with his female leads. Just watch the two dramas he acted with Zhao Lusi or Master Devil do not kiss. He’s clearly disinterested in the FL here for whatever reason.

This drama storyline missed the opportunity to be as grabing as a familiar stranger's was
My opinion exactly!

They like each other (though I didn't feel any chemistry), how they'll end up is anyone's guess.
They like each other….cause the script says so😄😄😄😄 They should just drop the love line.

On episode 37 right now, but Fairy Louxia and her disciple have more chemistry together in the few minutes of…
Which has me shaking my head and asking why they are forcing a love line that is clear neither actor nor viewer wants or cares for. Maybe sometimes, the director should go off script. Xiao Se has more visible connection to his childhood playmate and the Divine Healer than he does with Qianluo.

Do you have Jule's translation? It would be lovely to read an improved version
Awwww. I feel so cheated. Some of the subs are there, but the poetic meaning is lost. I love ❤️ this translation so much better.

Is it just me that after this season is over I want to watch the first season again? In my personal opinion only,…
Very accurate. Ending was good, but disappointing.
I liked the second season much, much more than season 1, simply because the ML & FL chemistry in season 2 was much, much better and more explosive than season1 where it was practically non existent. That being said, Season 2 sucked because the plot was stretched way too thin and really didn’t make much logical sense, and I expected a badass fighting Naksu, instead of a wimpy, whining, crying pseudo Jin Bu Yeong. The badass Naksu never showed up, which was a real downer for me. Heck! Even Mudeok had much more spine & character than JBY in season 2. Will I watch Season 2 again? Absolutely! I loved the leads’ chemistry and there are many beloved scenes in Part 2. Many of which contained the Crown Prince, who I admire as a righteous man with a conscience.

It’s amazing how you give a pass to one character and demean the other For Doing The Same Thing just because of their genders. I don’t understand this fervent hatred of the FL because as one commenter pointed out, they are BOTH guilty of leading on a character they’re not really interested in. ML could have told the SFL that he isn’t interested, but hasn’t, why? At least FL agreed to date SML in a moment of vulnerability when she felt the whole world was against her, what’s the ML’s excuse? They are both flawed characters.

I applaud FL standing up for herself in a difficult situation and toxic work environment. Where, because of her beauty and lack of college education, most of her male colleagues want to sleep with her and cast her aside, and because of her beauty, she’s borne the brunt of office gossip from jealous female colleagues. She tries every day to ignore the negative and accentuate the positive in her life by going through each day with grace and dignity. She works hard, excels at her job, tries to make use of all training opportunities, but because of her lack of education and connections, she’s practically hit her ceiling and is denied advancement. While dealing with the tragic loss of her brother and abandonment issues from her father. When you listed it out like this, seems like a heavy burden doesn’t it? Added to that, the lack of real friends or a proper support system and you have her teetering at the edge of the abyss. I applaud her standing up to her bully of a branch manager, who wants to change her job description from teller to hostess and really hope he gets fired or at least transferred elsewhere. Then they can get rid of the most vocal of her bullying male colleagues, and make the workplace environment healthier for everyone else.

I see why in other countries, scholarships are income based, so they can be given to people who really need it.

I don’t know I about his looks, if I were to give a reason, it’s because he had practically NO chemistry with the FL in Love Alarm, and little chemistry with FL here. Still playing the nice supportive puppy in this role.

ryt.....bt somehow i just feel the fl behaviour toxic...she just acting imature in my pov. second, why can't she…
Why should she trust him, when from her POV his actions don’t match up with his words? Would you date a guy who appears to be okay with people treating you like shit in public, but confessing he loves you in private? How can you be sure he’s not just using you? Does he get a pass because he’s handsome, educated and charismatic? Wasn’t it very clear the difference in her colleague’s reaction when they were needling her about dating the security guard and how much approval they exuded when they matched the assistant manager with him? Why is her behavior toxic and not everyone else’s? That workplace and the people there are what is toxic.

Ok, this gonna be long 😐I don't think the characters are bad but their thought process and anxiety + mental…
I agree with you. And his refusal to speak up for her instead of using roundabout ways to help her and convey his feelings is what is putting a cog in their relationship. He doesn’t make her feel safe with him when he never speaks up for her in times when his words would make a difference. So she just doesn’t know where she stands with him. It feeds into her insecurities caused by constant bullying, gossip and harassment in the workplace. At least, the security guard goes out of his way to make her feel cherished, comforted and valued. I don’t blame her for wanting to date a man who builds her self esteem even if she doesn’t love him.

At this stage, I don't see a happy ending. Mostly because Naksu has no body of her own to live with.
She could enter the turtle and live for a really long time. Otherwise why does that turtle have so much screen time?

I think FL should change her job before getting into a romantic relationship with anyone. Such a toxic place with colleagues who take her hardwork for granted. She’s better than me, cause I would stop giving it my best if that happened to me. It actually did, a male colleague got promoted through my hard work and him getting the credit, and I had to train him as well. Trust me it’s no fun. It messes with your head, your self esteem and your relationships to be constantly passed over for promotion when you do your best, your work excels and everyone can see it. I’ve been in her position so I can emphasize with the FL. I was in that organization for 4 years, and leaving there for another organization where I was respected and got credit for my contributions did wonders for my peace of mind. It’s likely that she lashes at ML because she feels safe enough with him to do so and he’s the only one she can vent to. Haven’t you noticed she has no confidants, no real friends? As for the SML, she’s fond of him because he reminds her of her dead brother. I doubt that she has any romantic feelings towards him. I noticed that she doesn’t really confide in him either.
