However, the basketball players look their age. Unlike Ryu, who is in the 10th grade. I really like the series.…
Yeah, they look their age and that is my problem πππ I don't care if the characters are 15 and the actors are 25. My problem is when the characters and actors are 15 ππ
I am glad they had the street-basketball side plot because without it, I doubt I would have made it this far. It doesn't take me much to drop a series. I found the big boss and Q to be interesting characters. Exactly comparing the complexity and intensity of their characters to the basketball team is what leaves me feeling this series has some lame parts. That's why now that, that part of the plot is resolved, I'm left feeling like only the worst parts of the plot are left for the show. This discourages me from finishing the series, but I think I will end up finishing it. Still haven't finished episode 10.
I don't even know do I want to watch this anymore. I have 3 episodes left. I could do it for We Are but can I do it for The Rebound? I can't be the only one that never liked the Grandma plot especially because it's been being teased for too long. Also, all the members of the basketball team are not that interesting.
I still have no idea why Ryu's "friend" Jedi just appeared one day and is now a member of the team.. and generally the basketball players' actors are too young for me to genuinely feel excited about any romantic/sexual relationships forming between them. I just feel like.. "Okay, cool for them I guess..."
Why are they showing this kissing scene like this if I don't get to see it actually happen. That bothers me because all the other dreams happened but that one I am just left hanging. It happens next episode.. or the one after? And it's only one episode a week.. Big dangit. The Rebound and Century of Love are spoiling me.
This looks interesting ! Is it me but I feel like that the series has some kind of sadness to it ?
First two episodes in, this is kind of spoiler so close now if you don't wanna know..
Ai (main character) mainly dreams of P'Yu (his love interest) getting into accidents. There is a deep undertone that there will end up being some big and potentially tragic accident. So far the accidents have all been smaller things and generally non-fatal. I think that Ai will try to stop the big accident. I believe he will be somewhat successful, but instead maybe he gets hurt but to a lesser degree than P'Yu would have.. or maybe there is some other consequence I can't think of right now. But the show is really seeming that way.
Can someone explain to me why Vee's grandma accepted it so easily that San was the San she knows when she was…
I mean, if she believes that this is possible through her religion, it wouldn't be hard to accept. I am not knowledgeable about the types of Buddhism or what typical Thai people believe but Thai people are pretty religious. I just visited Thailand and I was very shocked because I know Thailand for BL. I knew ABOUT Buddhism, but I didn't know it was so serious.
Temples everywhere! Just walking around, if there's a buddhist shrine or statue, Thai people will sometimes stop in their tracks and say a quick prayer. Some people build or buy entire houses just for their ancestors' ghosts to live in. People normally give daily offerings like food or drinks to statues. All Buddhist Thai men also spend some time as a monk. There's general rituals and ceremonies going on all the time too. There is some type of holy day every week. Like I said, I don't know the details. In general, they are very religious.
Thank Jesus for this show. I wanted to say something like now Grandma can die in peace.. but this cliffhanger and preview πππ Doctor Third better slap San real hard cuz I KNOW he deserves it. And I do feel bad for Vee but he also needs to come clean about stealing that stone. This show knows how to give you some sweet, sweet moments then splash you in the face with cold water!!! YESSS!! The writers are WRITING!!!!
Actually this have some confused things...I saw comment they have some said Vee is not Wat reborn but I think…
Just to iterate the last person, Vee is Wad 100%. San said himself he has had no sexual desire or loved anyone since he ate the stone.. Now, he's in love with Vee. Vee is Wad. There's no other explanation.
Thank God that San finally can admit that he likes Vee. When Vee smiled when San grabbed Vee's hand, I swear that made my whole week πππ I am kind of excited for whatever happens next because I know it's going to be really dramatic. And I just need to see San realize that he loves Vee and Vee only through it all!!
This show is doing an excellent job at building up emotions. It feels more intense every week. I am almost feeling feelings on the level of My Beautiful Man and Old Fashion Cupcake which are my Top 2 JBLs. And My Beautiful Man had 6 episodes while Old Fashion Cupcake had 5.... Yeah, this has so so much potential. There's is little doubt in my mind this will be in my Top 5 JBLs.
Umm. Why do you hate FUTS? It must be because of Phuwin's character, right? I know he's not very popular π€π€
I like him. I was just guessing your reason. Many people complained about him during the airing. Because he is so insecure, Pi tends to be pushy and put all his negative feelings on Mork. It's hard to forget cuz it was a big topic.
This looks so promsing to me. Consider me SAT DOWN!
But in all seriousness.. I wish they didn't pick Wednesday. I already have so many series to watch every Wednesday. I could stay home all day just to finish them all!! Seriously. Please do Sat-Sun-Mon.. Lmao.
