and YBC still confuses me. Did she sincerely like XL? because her convo with XL after she woke up sure doesn't…
I mean....since we find out she is a demon later (going through tribulations due to DG trying to save her).....I expect that is why her personality is a little off. She most likely learning what love is just like TTJ (and also learning what it is to be human). I feel so many parallels between TTJ and YBC. Both of them have severe abandonment issues. YBC latched on to XL early on just as bad as TTJ did to LSS later. TTJ and YBC both believed that noone could love them even though they both desired to be loved/wanted so much. They both lash out in frustration differently, regarding it.
ok, I'm starting this time.... LSS teaches TTJ the Sketch Charm in order to teach him how to think good things,…
On my first watch that scene confused me because I thought she had said he couldn't activate the charm at all because he was the DG and thus didn't have an "immortal bone" (as if the "devil bone" prevents one from using 'good' magic). But now I realize that the immortal bone is just for becoming immortal (helps to cultivate) and has nothing to do with one's innate ability/heart.....
This censorship nonsense is just too much and feels so much like a spiteful power trip from mean insecure people. Like banning chocolate chip cookies from the world--> like even why is banning chocolate chip cookies even a thing?!?! It's just a chocolate chip cookie! Run for your lives!
I wonder why does Cheng Yi need forever to make some of his dramas finally be released i am already almost giving…
This is pretty normal in the Chinese Entertainment Industry. You have to pass various levels of internal politics AND censorship. It the wild wild west there :D
I just dropped by to say THE OSTs ARE BANGER, HIT THE SPOT IN EVERY SCENE
Definitely a great OST. Til the End of the Moon is only other recent series I've seen where the OST is amazing and adds so much to the series, creating an unforgetable MOOD.
How anyone can get to ep 2 and think "Oh....this is gonna be a cheery ending" is beyond me! :D :D :D The whole synopsis is big scary demon shows up at the Demon Hunting organization that he DESTROYED EIGHT YEARS PREVIOUSLY, and in exchange for helping them wants to DIE making another character swear a blood oath TO KILL HIM. (Literally plot is completely outlined to us by ep2 in conversation between two ML). So ending is clear: He gonna die. The only mysteries are what went down 8 years ago, why is he helping them now, why does he want to die now, what is connection between him and the girl, how many boxes of tissues will I go though to get all these answers.....? Still knowing it will be tragic, you still are intrigued to want to KNOW AND SEE THE ANSWERS PLAY OUT ;D
It is such a great synopsis! You know it gonna hurt, but it gonna be a good hurt.
Good question I also thought alot about this one... And by the drama I don't think there's any relationship between…
I agree with you. Also keeping the same actors creates more a sense of parallel between their stories and brings the viewer into a more intimate attachment to the characters. Same done in TTEOTM which is also another amazing story.
TTEOTM was interesting because the different character in past comes face to face with the actual character in past who is re-living the point of view of his 'enemy'. So interesting to see yourself from another's perspective while in them! So trippy.
In my opinion, according to Aeng-cho's story, first she said that someone had been writing her spells in a book…
This makes a lot of sense and may actually be what the writers intended. It also makes that last scene with him walking away with the book of spells..... he could have swapped them and just destroyed the original?
