Lol.yeah but honestly I don't mind such a storyline because the 2 girls actually look so good together. Maybe the Korean society isn't ready for such a pairing but there nothing wrong with being creative. We had a hint of male-male relationship in Mr queen and it did pretty well so why not right.

Lol?? Sorry to disappoint you but unlike you, I don't spend my time hating actors/actresses whom I don't even know personally. Lol. I'm an actor-hater just because I prefer another character in a show ? How old are you ? 12 ? You know that you can actually have a different point of view of a show without needing to hate a particular actor, right ? Lol. Fyi if I hate a show, I won't be so stupid to watch every episode of it. Lol. You need to grow up.

This seems more like a love story between heedo and yu rim, which I actually don't mind.I hope they end up together since they have way more Chemistry than the yijin heedo pairing. Heck their story itself is a classic "girl falls in love with crush, does everything to change to the school the crush is studying in, confesses her love, finds out crush is a jerk, tries to one up the crush but at the same time, unknowingly are friends with the crush on the internet, finds out true identity of the crush, makes up, adopts a kid, live happily ever after / the crush dies and the girl takes care of the adopted kid" . Lol

am i the only one thats finding yurims redemption arc to be weak?? like shes a horrible person for half the drama…
This drama has been weak on other parts except the sporting part. Wasn't it just the last episode (or was it few episodes back) that adult na hee do told her mum that she wasn't close to yu rim ? But then today they showed that they have gotten really close so it doesn't make sense what they showed few episodes back. Seems like the writer forgot what he/she wrote earlier.

You know the writers have done a good job on a character when you despise him
I think it's really good acting if a character who is supposed to be hated is actually hated by the viewers. I totally hated han so hee's character in the world of the married and look at all the rave reviews she got for that drama. It's class acting and Yoon park is doing a really good job here.

Lol some of these ppl are pure attention seekers. I've seen these type of ppl in the snowdrop and happiness pages where after every single episode , they post the same things over and over again which frankly, nobody cares. I seriously can't brain these people lol.

yeah Ive been following her since her earlier works back in 2013 or so, she is great I think this kind of roles…
Yeah. Tale of nine tailed really did her wrong. They stupidly turned her into a damsel of distress for no reason. Maybe she's not as hyped as other actresses but there's no doubt she's good . I'm really looking forward to further episodes. A 2% jump for a mon-tues drama is really good.

Jo Bo ah is such a beautiful and good actress. The first 2 episodes are really exciting. With the influx of love story dramas running around nowdays it's good to have a fast paced action packed mystery drama and Jo Bo ah really nailed her role in the first two episodes. Not sure what's all the story about hating her about but after watching her in tale of nine tailed, I thought she was really good there..let's be frank the script in nine tailed started strongly but just went haywire in the later episodes. Not really the fault of the casts though. Honestly though, Jo Bo ah has really attractive eyes.

I think you are looking for a ‘cinderella’ story here but obviously this is not it. The story was never about…
If it's not about romance (since one of the leads is underaged), not about "Cinderella" story, not about privileged Vs underprivileged, then what the heck is the story about ? lol? Just a comedy of sorts? But it's not funny! Inspirational? But like you said it's not about underprivileged Vs privileged so nothing to be inspired there. Mystery? Well maybe. I mean it's a quest to find out who hee do married I guess. Then again 5 episodes in, I have yet to see a love rival of sorts. Let's be frank, this is a sports drama and sports drama are always about being inspirational. Don't even kid yourself that it's not else nobody will bother watching. By the way how does hee do have a lesser chance of winning when she literally bested yu rim the 2 times they matched up so far (excluding the latest podium victory since we didn't even get to see if the 2 actually fought each other ). I'm not saying the show sucks coz if it is, I wouldn't have watched it. I just don't get what's the gist of the story or where they are getting to. I thought it started off pretty well because initially, it seems like yu rim is the snoobish bitchy champion but the moment they showed her background, I felt that she somehow became much more of a inspirational figure compared to hee do. Basically I feel the drama somehow got things upside down. Yeah it's unique but I would hate it if somehow hee do ends up as the ultimate champion simply because yu rim has a better "champion backstory".

How can you be a nobody if you literally have the two of the most important things in life I.e.financial stability and connections ? The nobody is literally yu rim who rose to become the best in the country at such a young age. My point is if this is an inspirational sports drama (I'm not sure if this is what the writer's intended it to be), then as of the 5 episodes so far, ko yu rim's story is more of an inspiration compared to hee do's.

Yaa right. maybe HeeDo mom or coach will pull more strings so that she will win gold medal. Without any effort…
What medals are you talking about ? I'm referring to the present storyline not the future where hee do already has a kid. That's not even the major plot at the moment . Lol. Maybe you should try to understand what I wrote instead of blurting out nonsensical stuff.

Go watch episode 1 again. The coach knew who hee do was because she knew hee do's mum as she saw hee do during hee do's father's funeral (we all know hee do's mum and the coach are old friends). She literally told hee do's mum that. I mean can you blame yu rim for.being pissed off with hee do ? I know I will if I worked my ass off to get into an established sports team whilst some newcomer got in just because she/he begged for it without actually showing any accomplishment for it. It's only 5 episodes in and yet hee do is already in the national team. I'm like where's the inspiring storyline for that ? I'm pretty sure this isn't really a pure romance drama coz' I'm not feeling it if that's the case.

Yeah you are smart enough to get my point without being blinded by the "lead actor" syndrome. The flaw in writing is pretty obvious and it's pretty obvious they are trying to make this an inspirational sports drama but it just ain't there at the moment.

Fyi the Mum played a major role is getting her the chance to be in the school team. That's a fact so maybe you should go and rewatch the earlier episodes instead. The coach literally mentioned in episode 1 to Hee do's mum that she recognised hee do because she saw her at her father's funeral. Lol
