Kyung Chae has become far too desperate and it is making her make mistakes- stripped of all the power, she is not much of a threat anymore. And no one cares about her- not her family or employees and she really bought it upon herself with the way she treats people.

So I was thinking about Kyung Chae's character- whether there is hope for redemption for her. It's a long comment 🙈. It's basically my take on her character. See below.

Ohh- I now see what you are referring to. Yes, she resembles Yeon Ah but I see a resemblance to Lucia too.

I don't think Stella has ever interacted with Yeon Ah so she would not be referring to her, and Yeon Ah and Lucia are not biologically related. I think Stella is referring to a biological resemblance.

Yeah - Lucia should start taking Se Ri to work with her so Kyung Chae cannot influence her. Se Ri can sit with the Online Team since there's a free desk now. Tae Gyeong can give her minor tasks. I think she would even outperform Ji Seop 🤣🤣🤣.

I don't think she messed up. She will be fine and celebrate Se Ri's birthday with her.
It is hard hearing the person who beat up her daughter to the point of needing surgery- calling her, "Mom", especially on Mi So's birthday. She is the reason Mi So can no longer call her, "Mom", and is not around to celebrate her 20th birthday. So it makes sense that she snapped. I would be worried if she didn't.

I guess Stella confirmed it for us- she said Se Ri is nothing like Kyung Chae and bears no resemblance to her son. She did say that Se Ri looks like someone and her reluctance to say who only means that she resembles Lucia. Hopefully, after hearing about the birthdays and out of curiosity, she will run a DNA test to confirm. But will she tell Lucia if she confirms it 🤔🤔.
Not sure if it's just me, but Se Ri kinda looks like Lucia now.

I wonder what Seon Jae's final blow will be. I can't believe he is now referring to Mi So as 'our daughter' 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. And he said poor Kyung Chae🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. His relationship with Kyung Chae might be unravelling. Looks like Kyung Chae will start to blackmail him by saying if she goes down, he goes down too.

Kyung Chae is really losing it- she will only have the house at the end of this- the company and Se Ri will be gone. And when she finds out Seon Jae is keeping secrets- she will unravel too.

Am glad Lucia wants to make sure that Mingang does not trample on the powerless 💪.

Yeah. She was not adopted- I had just assumed she was adopted, initially, because she was not calling her Mom, "Mom", but Madame Baek. But I quickly realised that it was playful banter between daughter and mother.

Yes -she was born sick- I also think it was because she was born really premature.

I prefer the twin theory, though. But a swap is more likely.
But today's episode with Stella and Se Ri might add to the confusion again. I need to watch to it.

Yeah- and with Stella now being suspicious of Se Ri- it makes it confusing again. But maybe this is how the truth will come out- instead of having Se Ri be injured and needing blood or an organ and Lucia or Seon Jae being the only match.

The only problem is that they don't have Mi So's DNA to test to confirm that she was indeed Stella's granddaughter. Unless Lucia has a strand of her hair.

All so confusing again.

I am starting to think that this was their plan all along. It was just to throw us off.
Remember at the beginning of the show, Mi So referred to Seol Hui as Madame Baek so I wondered if Mi So had been adopted but that was not the case. While fighting with Se Ri, Mi So also referred to Madame Baek and Se Ri asked who Madame Baek was. Maybe this was the biggest hint.

I think if Se Ri dyes her, she actually might look a bit like Lucia. She and Mi So were about the same height when they met.

Twins were never mentioned in the show- I was just trying to come up with theories as to how Mi So could look so much like Seon Jae and Lucia and not be their biological daughter. So twins made sense to me. But while Seol Hui was talking Seon Jae, she said that she wished that their baby would be like him. So she very likely only gave birth to one baby unless there was an error with her ultrasound.

I also remember at the beginning of the show, Mi So referred to Seol Hui as Madame Baek so I wondered if Mi So had been adopted but that was not the case. While fighting with Se Ri, she also referred to Madame Baek and Se Ri asked who Madame Baek was.

Is Stella finally getting curious about Se Ri and thinking about running a DNA test? She met with her but towards the end of their conversation, she looked at her curiously- did Stella notice a similarity between herself and Se Ri or between Se Ri and Lucia? Will know when I watch with subs later. Or maybe it was nothing 🤷🏽‍♀️. And this comes at a time when Lucia appears to be distancing herself from Se Ri.

Kyung Chae and the Chairman had a heated argument at home. From the preview, it looks like the Chairman is thinking about changing his will. I hope he stays alive and pays for all his crimes. He has to go to jail. Death would be too easy for him.

I am suspicious of her too but from what I have seen, she really seems to believe that Se Ri is the child that Kyung Chae gave birth to.

Well Kyung Chae did say to bring proof when accusing someone of something and Lucia brought it all. I don't think she would have made that move if Kyung Chae had just let Manager Gong go. She wants Kyung Chae away from home and away from Se Ri. But I doubt Kyung Chae will spend her free time with Se Ri, anyway. She'll be too busy plotting.

The look on Seon Jae's face😂😂- he realised he could not save Kyung Chae this time. Is he really going to tell Lucia to stop? Did he tell Kyung Chae to stop when she was busy ruining a child's life?

Having watched the preview about the birthdays and Stella's concern about Lucia's growing concern for Se Ri- I will call it here- Se Ri is definitely Lucia's biological daughter. The writers would not have gone through all this trouble if she was not. While I would have preferred for Mi So and Se Ri to be biological twins, with Manager Gong stealing one baby, a baby swap makes for a far more compelling story for both Kyung Chae and Lucia. It would have been easier for Kyung Chae to accept that her baby died at birth than to learn that she drove her teenage daughter to suicide. That will be a difficult pill
to swallow. For Lucia, learning to forgive and eventually love the daughter who started the
journey that led to her other daughter's
suicide. It will be difficult but it will be the final part of her grieving and healing journey.
For Se Ri- it will be easy for her to accept Lucia because she has been looking for her Mom her entire life. She has no maternal ties to Kyung Chae- things would have been different if Kyung Chae had actually raised her as her daughter and not her sister.
With this revelation, Lucia will likely reject Se Ri and Se Ri will have to work hard to earn her mother's forgiveness and love.
But this twist also means that Se Ri basically killed Stella's grandchild......Things are getting more interesting.

Did Kyung Chae never celebrate Se Ri's birthday with her? Or Manager Gong?

Tae Gyeong showed a great range of emotions today- his immense worry for Lucia to his anger at Kyung Chae. He should have gone to beat up Seon Jae🤭.

Kyung Chae's words about people's lives not being worth the same will come back to haunt her. That kind of thinking led her to ruin Mi So's life.

Ji Seop actually behaved like an adult in this episode😳. And dressed like an executive. And did some work😳. Seems he is more scared of Lucia than his Dad😂😂. On the other side, Seon Jae seems to be spending more time in his office 😂😂.

Tae Joo is back in the next episode🕺. Can we have more of him now- shouldn't he and Yeon Ah fall in love? And they haven't even met yet and we are in the final third of the show.

Will there be any backstories for Yeon Ah or Tae Joo?

Far too many coincidences....highly likely now. Hopefully, the flashback is completed by Friday. At the rate Kyung Chae is going, I will not be surprised if she jumps off the building too, if it's true.

I don't think Stella would have turned against Lucia because Lucia has started developing maternal feelings for Se Ri.

True- looks like Kyung Chae's plans are far worse than Seon Jae's if that is possible🤦🏽‍♀️.
I wonder what the rest of the episodes for this week will bring us- so much has happened in these three days. I think the truth about Se Ri might come out by Friday or next Friday, to us the viewers- not the characters.

Oh wow- that plus Lucia starting to develop maternal instincts towards Se Ri in yesterday's episode I think the baby swap theory is no longer just a theory but might have actually happened.

Honestly, Kyung Chae did it all to herself. Lucia and her team didn't even have to lift a finger- they simply had to catch Kyung Chae after she committed her evil acts. Everything happened faster because of Seon Jae and Kyung Chae's desperation.

Madam Gong deserved to be kicked out too.
