I don't understand why Seonjae has always spilled all the beans on Gyeongchae whenever Sujeong asked him. What…
Soo Jung and and Seon Jae's relationship is a strange one - she might have something on him and is low-key blackmailing him.

Stella has a powerful aura- the secretaries would not even dare to stop her. I was surprised that Kyung Chae actually grabbed her arm to drag her out.

I am glad we finally got to see Stella and the Chairman together and interacting- they certainly do have more chemistry. Lucia is like a robot around the Chairman.

The show is moving quickly now- glad to see Kyung Chae (and Seon Jae) lose- on two fronts- well three, if you count Se Ri. The war between father and daughter is about to boil over.

I guess Se Ri's shares are a back up plan to get their way or for blackmail? Especially with the missing persons poster still in Manager Gong's possession.

Lucia will certainly visit Taegyeong at Pansul's house again. Seonjae's aunt will shout out in shock. It is getting…
Yes. This Se Ri drama is getting really exciting. While going after the Chairman is a good idea, using Se Ri is lethal for Kyung Chae. Se Ri is her Achilles' heel. Even if Kyung Chae fires Lucia, Lucia will still be very much involved with Se Ri's life, and if Lucia is not working then she will spend all her time with Se Ri, making Kyung Chae even madder- so she has to keep her in the company 🤣. I love it- Stella and Lucia accidentally found gold.

I also like seeing the Chairman having conversations with Se Ri for a change instead of him shouting and her just listening. While I still hate what she did to Mi So- she really is a love-starved child. She and Mi So could have become friends.

I am so glad the writers revealed that Tae Gyeong actually knows the Lucia is Seol Hui- he has covered really well. It did not make sense that he would not recognise her- they spent some time together in the hospital. I don't think he knows about the circumstances surrounding Mi So's death but he knows that there is bad blood between Seol Hui and Kyung Chae so he must suspect that she is out for revenge. He will be hurt by the Chairman thing but I think he will realise that she will just be using the Chairman as part of her plan.

If Lucia goes to Tae Gyeong's place again, she might bump into Seon Jae's aunt and uncle who know her and that will complicate things.

So the writers are now taking the jealousy route with the Chairman. He will have more motive to want Tae Gyeong out of the company.

I laughed when Kyung Chae asked Seon Jae how Ji Seop does not realise how incompetent he is 🤣. I am equally appalled 🤣.

I'm glad Lucia finally realised she has power over Seon Jae because of their past. Seon Jae just didn't want to believe he had a daughter. But what was he up to on his day off? Paying off his former friends to keep quiet about him and Seol Hui?
The confrontation scene between Lucia and Seon Jae was really good- the two characters have great chemistry. The tears and Lucia telling Seon Jae that they will both go down and because Mi So jumped off the building, she has nothing to lose. Perfect dialogue.

I wish Lucia had told Soo Jung that Seon Jae sabotaged the deals- causing more trouble for Seon Jae.

After Seon Jae's comment about killing anyone who goes after his master, I think there might be a few attempts on Lucia's life in the future.

So Stella could have just asked to be a non-executive director instead of insisting that Lucia work there? The noose around Gyeong Chae's neck is getting tighter because of this investment. Gyeong Chae really has no allies except Manager Gong. Her Dad is all about his company; she has ruined relationships with her siblings; and Seon Jae is sabotaging her company, unbeknownst to her. She has also sabotaged ger relationship with Tae Gyeong, who is genuinely fond of her and can be trusted. Tae Gyeong hates her Dad, not her.

So do the writers want Stella to flirt with Ji Seop's father-in-law to get Tae Gyeong's father's collateral?

Given the number of times Stella has frequented Mingang, how come she has never bumped into the Chairman? Must be intentional on the writers' part so we don't question their decision to make Lucia seduce the Chairman and not Stella.

Ji Seop has already noticed that something romantic might be developing between Tae Gyeong and Lucia so it will be interesting when she starts dating his father.

Soo Jung always has the most amazing earrings 😍.

If the Chairman could find out that the supplier deals were sabotaged, why couldn't he figure out that Seon Jae is the one who did it? Everything has to go through legal so it would not be easy for Tae Gyeong to sabotage the deals and to what end? For someone who is usually really perceptive and intelligent, he is really slow this time. He hates Tae Gyeong and his morals that much. But I cannot help but wonder whether he did figure it out and secretly gave the information to Tae Gyeong so that Lucia can stay in the company.

The Chairman again repeated, in front of Seon Jae, that people should be used and not trusted. I wonder if Seon Jae realises that that includes him, as well- they will never trust him and will not hesitate to get rid of him. But since Seon Jae might be in charge of the Chairman's slush fund, he might blackmail the Chairman in the future in order to keep his job.

Anyway, I think the Chairman, Seon Jae and Gyeong Chae will be disappointed with the outcome of the meeting today. Tae Gyeong has to stay.

I am rooting for Soo Jung to become the Chairwoman of Mingang at the end of the show. She is still a bit insecure because of all the bullying from Gyeong Chae and the lack of allies but she is a good businesswoman. She has grown a lot in four years.

I hope Lucia realises that she is in a position of power when it comes to Seon Jae and her identity secret- revealing the secret is bad for him too so he won't do it. He is just trying to scare her.

Given how Stella keeps talking about wanting a grandchild, do you think Seri will be magically redeemed? Or will…
I think she has already been redeemed- Stella and Lucia are starting to feel sorry for her and even said she likely acted out because of her upbringing. Maybe seeing the Min family fall will be her punishment and she may actually start to feel guilty about Mi So.

It really is funny. To the point of being a satire! I fully expect to see Seon Jae rub his hands together and…
True. It would be extremely complicated.
I hope they figure something out soon.

I think the only way to muzzle him would be to admit to him that she is Seol Hui and blackmail him by threatening to reveal the whole truth to Kyung Chae, including that they were in love and pregnant. She can also lie and say she will tell Kyung Chae that he has been trying to get back together with and was not happy when she rejected him. Because Kyung Chae already does not trust him- this information will lead to her removing him from her side and all his plans will be ruined. So Seon Jae will be forced to keep quiet and help them to keep the secret.

I wondered from the beginning if Seon Jae was the one sabotaging the supplier deals- and it turns out that he was. He is really threatened by Tae Gyeong. And Lucia, seriously? She confronted Seon Jae immediately, with no game plan- she really lacks tact. But I guess it shows how unnatural deception is to her.

If the truth about Seon Jae's deception is revealed now, he will be fired. That cannot happen this early in the show so I doubt that card will be played. Lucia and Tae Gyeong will have to find another way to save themselves- the new suppliers and Soo Jung?

From the preview, Kyung Chae mentions that she cannot trust Seon Jae because he fell in love with Seol Hui, at least I think she was referring to him. So it would be in his best interest for him to keep Lucia's secret- if the truth is revealed- Kyung Chae will know that he kept it from her. She hates lies and she might fire him or transfer him to another branch. She might even think that he is still in love with Seol Hui and that is why he 'protected' her. So Seon Jae is really in a bind- he has unwittingly and unknowingly become a keeper of Lucia's secret. I will not be surprised if, when the flyer is found in the Min household, he will say that it's not Lucia or he might even hide the flyer.

Looks like Lucia is starting to feel sorry for Se Ri and is starting to understand why she lashed out at Mi So.....🤔.

It's nice to see that Tae Joo is not just muscle- he has business acumen and has good connections in the business world.

You would think Sunjae was the actual chairman the way he’s in everyone’s business and in their faces
Hardly a chairman- a chairman does not need to lurk around corridors to get information- people bring the information to him.
Has Seon Jae ever heard of workplace bullying? That's what he is doing. And why does Lucia insist on talking to him. She could have ignored him several times in this episode. At least she did some eavesdropping of her own and heard that Seon Jae plans to sabotage the contracts.

I was astonished that she took the envelope of money and walked out obediently. By taking it, she was revealing…
I think it was strategic for her to take it- he was not even offended that she took it.
Lucia and Stella needed to know how much value the Chairman would put on his life and since it was not much- it indicated that he really did not want to pay her off because he likes her.

If I am understanding the preview correctly, Lucia is trying to avoid making deal with Soo Jung-which is very wise because they would be giving her control of the revenge plan. But to go to Seon Jae to try to save Tae Gyeong's job? Soo Jung might be a better option.
I do, however, think that Tae Gyeong will end up saving himself in the end. I think everything will happen as he predicted- the other two companies will fail to pay their suppliers and the suppliers might beg Tae Gyeong for the deal and he might even get them to sign at a lower rate. This might all happen minutes before the meeting to oust him. Tae Gyeong is said to be a genius in the field and this will prove why.

I feel a little sorry for Tae Joo. I think he has tried to fill the void in Stella's life but has been unable to. I think I saw a hint of sadness in his expression when he told Stella that she has been mentioning her desire for a grandchild a lot, lately.

I am surprised that Stella is not calling out Lucia for borrowing problems when they have enough trouble of their own- i.e. trying to save Tae Gyeong. But then again, Lucia does need allies in the company and Tae Gyeong is one of them.

Are we heading towards a redemption arc for Kyung Chae too?
Yes, FL- the role she is playing now is entertaining. She has changed her revenge strategy.

Regarding Stella, she said Kyung Chae left after the accident and she chose ambition over love. So I am assuming she meant she left the U.S.

Are we heading towards a redemption arc for Kyung Chae too?
Oh- I just assumed it was a car accident because of what he did to Tae Gyeong's parents. So he died in the U.S. before Kyung Chae even left- and she didn't know.

I am finding QH surprisingly good- it has managed to do what Cinderella Game failed to do- it has kept up the intrigue. What is going on now is fun- the actress is really good- she has us questioning ourselves.

When comparing TWWSTS and QH- it's a bit hard because QH has 35 episodes left while we are not even half way through TWWSTS. But right now, I find them both entertaining but I have more of an emotional investment in QH than in TWWSTS. I even like Seo Jun Young in QH- I did not like him in his previous shows.

It's possible- but Stella said the car accident was strange.

One thing I can say about this show is that it is hard to predict anything. The writers are being very misleading. They are going in so many different directions.

Are we heading towards a redemption arc for Kyung Chae too?
lol- yes - we can agree to disagree.
Yes- she probably left without knowing she was pregnant but since she was not willing to be a mother, she could have just called him to take the baby. Has Stella said where he was killed?
Maybe he followed her to S. Korea and the Chairman might have killed him because the pregnancy so there was no chance of reconciliation.

Are we heading towards a redemption arc for Kyung Chae too?
Not really- in the end, she chose her greed. She could have had Se Ri and given her to Stella's son to raise, if he was still alive at that time. But she left the U.S. and never looked back. I do agree with her, though, that her Dad should not fall in love because she gave up on love for him. How she has treated people, especially Mi So and Seol Hui, was unwarranted. She is just evil. And she actually believes that Se Ri is pure.

Maybe they should give us a flashback so we see how everything happened in the past. Maybe I will have some (pea-sized) pity for her. Kyung Chae is far worse than Se Yeong in Cinderella Game🙆🏽‍♀️.

Yes- it funny how their plan is now being hijacked by someone else 😂. It's the first time I've seen this.
