💯that slap was well deserved:
She lied about saving his father and gained a salon;
She switched his dead wife's baby with her own;
She would have left his wife for dead if that guy had not come to the scene of the accident;
She dumped his baby and after the truth came out, she told him that the baby was dead;
She badmouthed Seon Ju to him and even slapped Seon Ju;
She made Seon Ju's family sell their home;
She changed his medication which resulted in him needing surgery and being hospitalised;
She tried to kill him while he was unconscious;
She plotted with Sang Ah to steal his company;
She refused to sign the divorce papers;
She snuck into his home with a master key and tried to steal- this after Nam Jin had already stolen from him.

And in spite of all this, she has not even apologised. She is not remorseful and is making herself out to be the victim.

I wish Woo Sang had told his mother about her and how she tried to blackmail him into giving her money to help Sang Ah- his mother would have slapped her harder.

The irony of everything is that Sang Ah brought her downfall upon herself. If she had just let go of her irrational jealousy of Seon Ju, she would not have poisoned her in school or demanded that Nam Jin divorce her or force her family to sell their house to repair her car or sabotage her at work. If she had just lived her life quietly and stayed in her own lane, she could have been a good daughter, wife and mother, and the truth about her parentage might never have been revealed.
That is why Soon Ae insisted she stay away from Seon Ju- not only because she was fearful of the truth coming out, but because she also knows the kind of person she raised. Sang Ah is worse than her mother and her mother knew that her jealousy would bring about about a domino effect that could bring everything crashing down, and it did.
Soon Ae had hoped that telling Sang Ah that Jung Bae was not her biological father would make Sang Ah take a step back, re-evaluate, and not give into her darker urges, but it just fuelled the fire.

And yet, mother and daughter still believe they are the victims.

Another great episode with lots of comedy🤣🤣- the 'lid' falling off; Soon Ae hiding under a pillow🤣🤣.

I do feel bad for Chu Ah- she is going through a lot- her Mom is an onion 🤣🤣🤣. Hopefully, all her secrets are out now. And Jung Bae is finally free of her, now that they are divorced. She is shameless for still wanting compensation.
She also told Chu Ah that Sang Ah is her only older sister 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. She still refuses to accept the truth.

So looks like Seon Ju and So Woo might be moving in with Jung Bae after all, since Man Eun gave her approval.

Also Seon Ju and Chu Ah are forming a relationship- Seon Ju asked where her mother was staying and she told her.

I really enjoy Tae Sung and Woo Sang's relationship with their Mom. Yes, she can be difficult at times, Jin Ju even described her as the Himalayas🤣🤣, but there is such a deep love between the three of them. They met when they were going through tough circumstances and they healed each other❤.

We also learnt that Tae Sung is a macho man who can only do things directly, and not in a round about manner🤣🤣.
When his Mom advised Jin Ju to marry a man who can raise her grown son with her, Tae Sung said he is that man❤😍.

I wish I was as flexible as Nam Jin's Mom- that seated jump on the bed was impressive 👏. She killed me when Soon Ae walked in and Sang Ah asked for an update, she muted the TV and stopped watching, and when Soon Ae said she got caught, she unmuted the TV and continued watching 🤣🤣🤣.

Sang Ah is a resilient one- she can adjust to any circumstance, even making friends in lock up. She would have been such a great businesswoman if she applied these skills to business.

Where can I get the white board and marker that Nam Jin's mom used to draw the family venn diagram? They are so cute 😍.

Finally, Nam Jin is clean again- he took a shower and shaved🤣🤣🤣.

🤣she has nothing to lose at this point. She had time in the holding cell to plot her revenge- she believes Seon Ju stole her life. Did you see the murderous look she had when Jung Bae introduced Seon Ju to the shareholders? Her Mom is already a murderer, and now she has killed by accident. Why not up the stakes?
It is not enough to just run away with money now, she has to end Seon Ju, and any happiness she might have.

Did you see Jung Bae slap Soon Ae? Well deserved, with the way Soon Ae and Sang Ah slapped Seon Ju in the past🤣🤣🤣. None of the other women were ever going to slap her.

Nam Jin's Mom was drawing a family tree🤣.

Chu Ah confronted her Mom about Woo Sang and looks like her Mom tried to deny it🤣.

Yes, he was being sincere but his motives were not. What would happen if Kwang Sook still refuses to date him after all his efforts? Are those relationships he would still be willing to maintain or entertain? At least he had only been dealing with her before the first rejection, and he basically cut ties with her. Now with more people involved, the impact would be greater.

During those 10 days, he went all in- even with his messages, which were more than the simple greeting he made her agree to- he kept pressuring her by talking about their new beginning. He was so sure that she would say yes that he never entertained the possibility of a no. He is doing it again now, and has convinced himself that in solving her problems, she will definitely say yes- there is no room for a no, or a not yet.

I actually wondered if the writers would have her reject him a second time🤔? But I doubt it, after last week.

I really don't remember when the ages were mentioned. All I remember is the mention of the year Seon Ju was born.

Where else did it happen?

That could be it too- am really not sure what he was feeling. Just basing it on the way he sat in his room and remembered everything, before going to see her.

Sang Ah is relentless- even suggesting Soon Ae blackmail Woo Sang, and she tried to🤦‍♂️. Kudos to Woo Sang for walking away. At least his current Mom genuinely loves him.

Soon Ae said that Sang Ah never even got a speeding ticket until she met Nam Jin🤣🤣. She still can't take accountability for how she raised Sang Ah🙆‍♀️.

I still can't believe it but it's true- it's not the first time a young actor has been cast to play the role of someone 10 years older- they are doing it in For Eagle Brothers- a 23-year old actor is playing the role of someone in his early 30s.
So this means that Mi Ju is in her early 30s- even in Man Eun's flash back- her daughters did not seem too far apart in age.

My heart broke for Man Eun and I cried with her. I loved watching her and Pi Su II while they were younger. I also cried when she told Seon Ju she could marry So Woo and reminded Seon Ju that she will always be her mother❤.

Poor Chu Ah- she was plotting how to continue hitting on her brother🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Glad to see Sang Ah out and about for one more reign of terror 😊. She has the greatest wardrobe, and music 🎶 .

So Mi Ju will be Jin Ju's sister-in-law two ways, Jin Ju is Woo Sang's sister so if Woo Sang marries Mi Ju, Jin Ju becomes her sister-in-law. Then if Jin Ju marries her other brother, Tae Sung, Woo Sang, her brother, becomes her brother-in-law too, and Mi Ju her sister-in-law. 🙆‍♂️🙆‍♂️🙆‍♂️What a mess🤣🤣. But I'm here for it 🧐🤣🤣🍵☕.

Yes- it did not sound very nice. It's like he is using people. What happens after he reaches his goal? He forgets about them?

Chun Soo was so awkward afterwards. Even while telling Kwang Sook that she can look for love- he said he only had the courage to say it because he was drunk but maybe he didn't really mean it. Maybe he just said it because he now assumes they are holding her back.

Mr Go and Mrs Gong are at the top of my list 🤣.

From the looks of things, I think his ex-wife might be sick. Maybe she was at the hospital which is why she didn't come home?

Thank you. I am not a psychologist at all. I just tried to put myself in her shoes. She got married at 45, and not for a lack of suitors because she is gorgeous and has an amazing personality. Jang Soo must have made quite the impression on her to make her want to marry him, and he must have been the man of her dreams. And because she married at that age, she must have had a lot of plans for their future- she even asked her boss if he would give her maternity leave. But those plans were quickly ruined when he died. So she is not just mourning him but their plans for the future too.
After his funeral, she had to fight off her mother who was trying to get her to move out of her marital home to start afresh. Then her brothers-in-law wanted to dissolve the brewery- she had to fight them on this. Then she had to learn how to make makgeolli, then her brothers-in-law had their own personal struggles, then her Mom forced her to go on blind dates, then she had to fight Silla Brewery. So she has had no time to even begin to process her grief.
Adding to all this is the Chairman who has his own demands and expects her to quickly move on from the man of her dreams and love of her life. He is not being fair to her, and he seems to treat grief like an inconvenience. I still don’t understand what he meant when he said he will fix her problems so she can choose him. Does he think that she rejected him because she chose her problems over him? And once those are gone, she will have no choice but to choose him? He really does not understand- which is strange because he also lost a spouse.

I also think it has been six months, at most. The Chairman is still saying that his wife died 15 years ago and that has been the case since the first episode. And yes-they would have changed the Ha Ni actress, and Bom and Se Ri would have graduated. So some months have passed

I also felt really uncomfortable while watching this past weekend's episodes.
The talk with the friend was so bad. He never even asked what Kwang Sook thinks or feels- it was all about the Chairman and how he's like a teenager in love. That is a strange thing to do to someone you just met. I don't even think the Chairman told him that she is a recent widow, otherwise he would have asked how she is holding up.
I am so glad that Bom doesn't know yet. otherwise, she would be showing up at the brewery, nagging her.

The way the Chairman spoke about getting close to the brothers felt like a to do list to get what he wants, yet they are actual people with real feelings, who have also lost their brother. It's like he's playing a chess game. I even felt so bad for Chun Soo when he overheard the Chairman on the phone- the way he said that half of her worries were about her brothers-in-law. It was even uncomfortable when Chun Soo told her to find someone to love. With how they tried to kick her out of the house at the beginning, Chun Soo might just tell his brothers not to bother her any more after she gets married, So she needs more time to work on her relationships with them so they can come to rely on her, even if she moves out. She needs them to know that they are not a burden to her and she chose to love them.

At this point, she will have to tell the Chairman to back off- the idea of him giving and her receiving is not fun any more.

The actress is so good at portraying the emotions and she is clearly showing that she is nowhere ready for a full blown romance. Yes, she has caught some feelings, but she is just not ready yet, and it's just not about the guilt she feels- it is much more.

Hopefully, the writers can fix this.
