Definitely. Even though he blames her for ruining things between him and Kyung Chae, he might keep her secret. It's not like Kyung Chae has done anything for him. He might want in on the action. Like the Chairman said, Seon Jae is only loyal to whatever benefits him.

Tae Gyeong couldn't even try to make the business a success? What kind of revenge plan is that, especially when the confidential Min family information is at stake? Unless he is working with Stella. Maybe he is sabotaging the business so she can invest and save it? It's a good plan but risky with Seon Jae sniffing around. The only way to get back into Kyung Chae's good graces is to find an investor (Stella), himself, and bring them to Kyung Chae. And Kyung Chae and Stella 'conveniently' already know each other.

Does the Chairman have cancer? That would be an interesting twist- changed will where he disowns his family for new wife and dies. I want him to live- he has to see his life's work go down.

Se Ri has not changed at all. She might even be more dangerous now that she's an adult.

I am not yet feeling the seduce the Chairman storyline- it seems weak right now. But it's only been one episode- maybe it will improve. It would be great to know what other plans they have going on in the background. Hopefully, they are stronger plans.
I think Stella would have done a much better job with the 'first' meeting with the Chairman. She is bubbly, flirty, and has charisma, which would have hooked the Chairman immediately. He would have even asked for her number.

I'm sad that Seol Hui did not reach out to Yeon Ha in four years. That is sad and now Seol Hui has even adopted a Mom in Stella. Worse still, Yeon Ha serves the Mins. But it could work to their advantage because she can hear family gossip.

Su Jeong seems to have matured. I thought after four years, she and Seon Jae might be in some kind of secret relationship but she definitely hates him. It will be interesting to see how her character continues to develop.

For someone who is supposed to be 69, Stella looks younger than she was four years ago 🤭.

Bathed and combed her hair 🤣🤣. I don't think she even dyed her hair. But she does have a different look about her- a wealthy look. But she doesn't have that killer instinct or ruthless look. Stella has that look- she can go from smiling to ruthless in a minute.

I also think Stella will fund the business. So has Tae Gyeong been making it fail on purpose so Stella can swoop in? Have they been working together all along? A major risk- he might be fired now that Kyung Chae is suspicious.

I was thinking that maybe the lack of an 'extreme' physical change might be symbolic- while she is determined to get revenge, she, as a person, has not completely changed, and is leaving the door open to return from the 'dark' side. Stella has lived and breathed revenge for 20 years. Seol Hui has been plotting for four years and is also a pawn in Stella's revenge. I wonder how it will all play out, especially when unexpected variables like Tae Gyeong enter the picture.

He died 16 years ago (now 20 years after the time jump) and Stella said he trusted the wrong people while looking at a picture of Kyung Chae. Se Ri happens to be 16 (now 20). Stella also wants to take revenge on the Min family, especially the Chairman and Kyung Chae.

I think, physically, this is the full extent of her changes. What has changed more is her attitude.
So maybe the seduction is meant to be a short-term plan for a greater chess move. Maybe it is to get the Chairman and the company to sign a deal which they cannot easily get out of, which also ensures that they don't try to kill her after the truth is revealed.

Yes- she looks the same- just Seol Hui with make-up and straightened hair. Her attitude is what has changed more. I have not heard her voice yet maybe that has changed too? Maybe the lack of change in physical appearance is intentional?? However, it is an insult to the intelligence of the other characters, like the Chairman. He met and spoke to her and saw her at the ruined event. I'm sure he and Kyung Chae probably have posters of her around. So he should be able to see. He said that he is a very good judge of character- like how he was able to see just how disloyal Seon Jae is- so falling for this trick would be disappointing.

But then again, in A Place in the Sun, the ML (who is Seon Jae here) had a scar of his forehead and came back without a scar and had changed his name. So we just have to believe she looks different 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I still think Seon Jae will spot her first.

Wow- great point about Superman 😂. Maybe it's because it is such an old show that it could get away with the 'disguise'. And he is an alien so maybe we give him a pass. It is much harder to overlook that Seol Hui is the same person, just with make up and straightened hair. Ideally, they would have gone the plastic surgery route and hired a different actress. But maybe it's intentional that she looks the same?
What has changed more is her attitude.

It will be difficult for him to inherit anything- the oldest brother is the oldest male and he would sooner inherit the company. Seon Jae cannot inherit but if he has kids with Kyung Chae, they can inherit. The Chairman is not one to just give shares away- especially to someone not related by blood.
There has to be a reason why he left his prosecutor job to join the company at this point in time. He could have just joined the company earlier in his career if inheritance was the goal. What could have changed all of a sudden?

I am not a fan of seduction used as a tool for revenge, in general, especially in this case when she will supposedly also be developing a romance with Tae Gyeong. It just makes the love a little tainted. I prefer ones where they use their business acumen and other skills to take them down.

Maybe that's why the revenge is starting so early- they will need to try different strategies.

I really hope Yeon Ha goes too- this revenge requires everyone since the Mins have eyes and ears every where. Yeon Ha is also grieving and needs to be with family. And while we know Stella is one of the good guys, she is still a stranger to Seol Hui- it's not wise to go all that way with her, alone. But Seol Hui is not in her right mind and this is dramaland, so the characters do things that don't make sense.

Maybe Stella will buy Yeon Ha another store to run🤷🏽‍♀️.

After the meeting which was interrupted by Kyung Chae, I don't think Seol Hui and Tae Gyeong will see each other again until after the time jump 😪. From the preview, he will go to the store to look for her but I doubt she'll be there. At least he now knows her name since Kyung Chae shouted it out.

I really hope they don't go the seducing the Chairman route but it's a definite possibility. What if they have Tae Gyeong seduce Kyung Chae too😮. They need someone on the inside and this might be the fastest way 😭😭. They will likely say that she looks like Seol Hui but is not her- just a doppelganger. Many shows have done that. But it will be harder to pull off since Seon Jae knows her well. But Kyung Chae did say, "what can a poor single mother do to them?". To have her come back as herself but now rich and powerful would be far more impactful.

It might be easier for Yeon Ha to seduce the Chairman, though- since people hardly know her🤔.

She is such a great person. I feel so bad for her. She is trying to balance her grief with taking care of Seol Hui who is spiralling. To just leave her alone would be too cruel- she needs her family right now.
I think there might be a birth secret surrounding her since she grew up in an orphanage. I just hope she's not Tae Joo's sister or something.

If she had studied business, she might have joined Tae Gyeong's business team that he is busy creating.

It would be great if they could go with her so she can study too- they need all hands on deck for this revenge- the Min family is far too connected. But I don't think they will take her. Maybe Stella will buy her a store to run or something.
But it would be weird for Seol Hui to go all that way alone with strangers🤔. It makes sense for her to go too, especially since she already told Seol Hui that they should move far away to the countryside. We can hope.

😂 yeah. And since the revenge is starting this early- am sure by episode 20- they will need some good stories to fill up the remaining 100 episodes.

3-4 years will be enough time for the Mins to get comfortable and forget that Seol Hui even exists. Then she will pounce when they least expect it. It is also enough time to get Seol Hui out of the depths of her grief so she can implement a revenge plan without her emotions getting in the way.

I am wondering about Tae Gyeong's business team that he is putting together. They have mentioned it twice or thrice so far- I wonder who will be in it. If Seol Hui was business savvy and not U.S.-bound, he might have recruited her. But I think when Seol Hui returns, she will be running one of Stella's businesses since Stella is starting something there.

I still can't believe that Kyung Chae actually told her theory about forgiveness to Tae Gyeong- isn't she trying to impress him? I liked his disgusted look when he left her office. Does she think that it's normal to say such things? It means she really believes it. Do we blame her Dad for that? Even Seon Jae is scared of her😂.

I guess it also depends on how long the revenge journey will take- one year or two years or more. If one year, then they will return after three years in 2024, just before Se Ri turns 20. If two years, then 2023.

I would also prefer for Se Ri to still be a troublemaker. The takedown will be so much more fun. But ultimately, the takedown is for the people who enabled her- i.e. Kyung Chae and the Chairman. And seeing Kyung Chae in jail will be the ultimate suffering for Se Ri. So she suffers either way.

I just had a weird thought- what if Se Ri develops romantic feelings for Tae Gyeong and becomes a stalker. He is the only adult who has actually called her out on her bad behaviour and given her mommy and daddy issues, she might develop inappropriate feelings. She and Kyung Chae will end up fighting over the same guy🤣.

Yeah- that was heartbreaking😪 Had hoped for a mother-daughter revenge team. That would have been unique.

I also wanted Mi So and Tae Gyeong to meet. They would have got along so well😪.
