I have no idea why there are such good reviews for this drama. I'm on ep 10 and I'm ready to drop this. I've already stopped and started many times hoping it will get better but honestly, I don't see it happening. Maybe I'll just skip all the way to the last 5 eps because so far Ep 1 to 10 has annoyed the hell out of me. The female lead has got to be the most annoying, reckless, impulsive, childish, whining lead of them all. This drama is so predictable and uses all the tried and true requirements such as FL tripping and falling into the ML's arms where they stare into each other's eyes, the requisite piggyback ride, the misunderstandings, another female character introduced to inspire jealousy, the meddling of the female lead, etc. So far I haven't enjoyed watching this and but kept going hoping it would get better but it's not. And the fact that this has 30 eps is mindboggling! I have to drop this...maybe if I want to be numbed by the storyline again, I will take it up later. But I need to get away from this drama now even though Caesar Wu looks so hot in this. But even he can't save it for me....for now.

Title I Hear You
I'm currently watching Love is Sweet and Riley is KILLING it. It's a supporting role, but his acting is so natural…
I watched a few eps and found myself getting bored with it and searching for more interesting dramas. I loved Wan Peng in My girlfriend is an alien so I was really excited to see her in this. And I know people comment about how Riley is wooden as an actor but I think he is so good looking with his dimples so I figured with these two as a couple it would be fun. But for some reason it didn't hold my interest as much....but will definitely go back to watch it when I'm not watching my other dramas.

Title I Hear You Spoiler
It's not bad, but the editing job was choppy, unfinished scenes, and a good portion of the story felt like cliches.…
The ending was a complete joke! It was pathetic how she's in Japan but her dubbed Japanese was so blatantly bad & off...and her career is being a professional dubber! How ironic is that? And her interaction with her customer was not even explained...for a moment I thought the customer was somehow involved with her plotline. The ending definitely was so rushed...like the whole production crew got together and said let's just wrap this thing up and go home. It did such a disservice to the couple's relationship even though we know they got back together at the end. And I agree...Rosy's bestie should have ended up with the one she was really in love with. It felt like she just settled. I wish they did a "redo" of the ending. I know how I would have done it.

Title Tale of the Nine-Tailed Spoiler
It seems Lee Dong Wook has better chemistry with his bromances than with the female leads...there's more interest…
So I read that Lee Rang will get his own storyline in a spinoff. So that would mean he lives! ☺️

Title Maiden Holmes Spoiler
I finished this drama last night and I really liked the drama and especially the main couple - they definitely had chemistry. However, my only gripe were the last 2 eps where it seem any semblance of logic flew out the window. It was like the director wanted to wrap things up quick. The final revelation of Prince Yun's treason happened but what happened after that was so unbelievably ridiculous that it took points away from the drama. Basically the whole court including Prince Qi and SuCi just stood there and watched Prince Yun kill a ministry member and several guards. And he seem to have no trouble almost heading towards the Boy Emperor before he was stopped by Commander Fu who ended up spearing Brother Xie who stopped the sword aimed towards Prince Yun. Is the Palace security that lame that they couldn't stop one man and why didn't Prince Qi step up to stop him since Prince Qi is such a superior swordsman? You know if it was SuCi in danger, he would have subdued the killer in one swift blow. It just made no sense at all that this man (Prince Yun) who was responsible for killing so many people was allowed to kill more before he himself was finally killed. My take from this is for the Emperor - get better palace security!!! And Brother Xie who got speared through the abdomen with the sword (and I mean completely speared) somehow miraculously survived so that we could have a happy ending. So other than the illogical and crazy ending, I liked this drama for the couple and was really impressed by the newcomer Zhang Ling He and his acting. He is simply gorgeous!

I say, screw the "love line"!!!! lmao. The visuals here are no joke! LDW and KB together on the screen is like…
It seems Lee Dong Wook has better chemistry with his bromances than with the female leads...there's more interest and chemistry when he's sparring with his other male leads as in Goblin and here in Nine Tailed. :D

I'm only at the 2nd ep and this drama reminds me so much of Goblin. Instead of being a grim reaper, Lee Dong Wook's task is to bring in wayward foxes. The whole feel is "Goblin-like" and like the Goblin, instead of looking for his bride, the red fox is looking for his reincarnated love. And his interaction with Kim Bum is similar to his interaction in the Goblin with his bromance with the Goblin. But this bromance has more of a chance to kill one another. I love Lee Dong Wook's smirky expressions...so far I'm enjoying the drama.

u sure watched the same drama? o.O
I just watched the 1st ep and I thought it was hilarious. I think Nam Joo Hyuk is gorgeous and when he's dressed as the Water god I almost didn't recognize him but he was hot! I don't understand why people are saying he was too arrogant...duh..that is his character! He's an arrogant God and thinks everyone is beneath him and to serve him, especially humans. But the good part about this is that you know his character is going to go through changes so it's just a matter of waiting and seeing what he and the FL goes through. I still have 15 more eps to go but I just wanted to say that I loved the 1st ep and it made me laugh...and I need to laugh after watching the more serious dramas.

I'm still in the middle of watching this but had to say that if SuCi didn't have Rushuang around, a lot of her cases wouldn't have been solved. And even though she was annoying in the beginning cuz she was crushing on SuCi and following her around thinking she was a guy, she was also extremely helpful. She even cured Prince Qi of his poison when all the other famous docs couldn't.

I would agree more with Leon Lai Yi before Lee Min Ho!

He looks NOTHING like Lee Min Ho! I have no idea why these people would think that - they don't even have similar features to even say that.

Title The Heirs
2nd attempt. This time I forced myself to episode 4. Still can't figure why this is 7.5...
I waited on seeing this drama because I wanted to wait for a good time to sit down and watch it. Meanwhile, other dramas took my interest away from this one even though in the back of my mind I said to myself I will watch it after I finish my latest drama. I have been doing this several times already keeping Heirs in the backburner. I really wanted to watch it because of Lee Min Ho. So finally I decided to watch ep 1 and now I know why I put it in the backburner. This drama is so disjointed and boring compared to Crazy Rich Asians. The only scene I seen so far with Lee Min Ho was with him and his buddy in California surfing. Things already went downhill because I hated the actor playing his American buddy. The guy was overacting - why they chose him to play is buddy is beyond me. They cut to scenes between the FL and the rest of the cast but I couldn't connect with any of them yet. I was just really disappointed in the 1st ep because it just did not catch my interest. When the FL was crying over the notebooks by her mom before she was leaving to America, it looked so unemotional and fake and I was thinking this is what we are going to get from her? So I did what I do best - look for another drama more interesting and Heirs will be put in the backburner again for the time being.

can this end quickly so i can start watching it and binge it???? i want to watch it so bad but my heart can't…
I'm also waiting for the series to be over so I can watch and not wait for each ep. But I'm doing this for other dramas too that are also still airing. So in the meantime I have to pass these unfinished dramas up and look for finished ones to watch to occupy my time!

Title Love and Redemption Spoiler
So I fell in love with Chen Yi as Si Feng in this drama - he was the ultimate best boyfriend who did so much for his love of Xuan Ji even sacrificing himself for over 9 trials without XJ even knowing. The Gods are so cruel to this couple whether interfering or not doing anything (listen up Heavenly Father!) to help these two. Crystal Yuan was perfect as the naive & innocent female devoid of 6 senses. The supporting cast especially Teng She, Zi Hu (Fox Spirit), Wu Zhi Qi, Ting Nu, Liu Yi Huan were the positives in aiding the couple. Ling Long and Min Yan were the secondary couple and I could have seen less of them for screen time. Ling Long's story dragged out too long and she was constantly in tears or threatening to battle even though she was a weak fighter. The hatred I had for the sect leaders and their righteous BS were on an all time high. I mean I really HATED them including Xuan Ji and Ling Long's father. They were absolutely useless and had no sense or remorse at all for what they did to Si Feng. Si Feng suffered so much because of them and even through all that he never changed his love for Xuan Ji and was always protecting her even though at a certain point he should have just came clean and been honest with her to save her from overthinking and drawing her own conclusions. She had her master Hao Chen always whispering in her ears to try and turn her against Si Feng. Overall this drama basically comes down to the fact that not all that is good is good and not all that is bad is bad. Example: The righteous sects were NOT good and the supposed evil bad "Mo Sha Xing" wasn't...and Hao Chen...what can I say about this unbelievable bad guy - he went to all lengths to keep Xuan Ji in the dark and supposedly did all this for the "3 realms" - his sneaky manipulations throughout the drama was so maniacal. I'm glad that in the end he realized he was the "Big Bad" and not Mo Sha Xing - it's all a matter of perspectives. Have to give props to actor Liu Xue Yi's acting for making everyone hate him. But thank goodness for a happy ending to redeem all the suffering these two went through especially for Si Feng who I believed was the only honest to true good person in this drama. Seeing Si Feng finally happy thrilled me to no end and Chen Yi thrived in this role with his ability to show through his expressions what emotions he was going through. He was truly the standout in this drama and Crystal Yuan was a wonderful complement as the female lead. She was perfect in her role too. Even though it was a long drama, it never dragged for me and always left me at the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next and if the couple could get out of the mess and misunderstandings they were put into. Loved, loved, loved this drama!

How can she not cry if the plot is like that? In real life you must be in hysterical if that happens to you.
The logic is that I was here to review the drama to see if I wanted to watch it and to see who is in the cast - No need to be testy about my opinion just because it doesn't agree with you. There's probably a lot of actors and actresses that I like and that you won't like. Besides I was replying to Debra's comment. What are you? The patrol monitor here?

I'm glad I'm not the only one that is not crazy about this actress. I tend to stay away from dramas with her in it.
