Great they were happy together, but if they feel they are not any longer and wish to move on then fair enough. They are REAL PEOPLE, and are NOT just the characters in a drama. They have every right to be with who they want to. Whatever their paths in the future I really hope they BOTH continue to delight us in their new roles and they can find happiness and love with someone special in the future.
I know that Asian celebrities are much more respectful of their fans than western ones (I'm looking at you Bieber), but they still are people who have lives of their own. That MUST be respected.
This was my FIRST solo anime, after my daughter got me into them. I ADORED this so much! Been trying to buy a subbed DVD ever since. Just wish they'd made more because the manga was perfect right to the end.
So 'Secret Seven' is the Thai version of 'Seven First Kisses' and 'Bangkok Love Stories: My Weakness' is the Thai version of 'A Girl and Three Sweethearts'. After sitting through the Korean version of 'A Love to Kill' with the ever wonderful Bi Rain, I don't think I can go through it again. Especially if it ends the same way - a lot of us believed they both died, but other viewers felt they might've survived.....
However, I love Thai dramas, especially their BL stories as they usually have happy endings (let us never speak of 'Grey Rainbow'). So seeing at least one definite BL story and perhaps another two as well (or at least bromance with the latter two) then I'm very happy.
Oh god no apparently it's dubbed, I hate that so much....
YouDirtyWater -- they do it with a lot of dramas worldwide. I've watched Bella e la Bestia (tv miniseries) which was filmed in English, the Italian actor who played the lead (Prince Leon) Alessandro Preziosi speaks excellent English (which you can see as he's very easy to lip read he's so good). Yet they dubbed him with a VERY poor English voice actor (Dermot Magennis) who reads the lines like a robot reading a laundry list.
I've also seen the Italian dubbed version with Preziosi voicing himself and he's BRILLIANT. Magennis is the one they used to dub Preziosi into English on I Medici' and he was just as terrible - 'ear bleedingly bad' as one person put it. He truly is terrible, mind you the actress they got to dub the English lead (Bella Dubois) played by Blanca Suarez was almost as bad. Aisling Franciosi however has at least ACTED in projects. Give subtitles and real actors voices EVERY time.
I really like Sawamura Ikki, but he's only got a supporting role AND it's 156 episodes. I doubt I'd…
I haven't watched it yet as I have so many dramas on the go at the moment, my daughter (19) is job hunting and needs rides to interviews and my husband is on holiday but also facing an op, plus it's my birthday (I'll be 52) next weekend - I just can't fit another drama in. But good to hear it's cute so I will add it to the 'to watch list' despite there not being a lot of Sawamura Ikki in it. Thanks for all the info.
It's good and worth watching; just some of the acting is a bit - newcomerish; the guy in the white shirt with the black stripe on the collar was TERRIBLE. I know where the Pink Milk comes from. I loved SOTUS too!
Does it have less of an ambiguous ending than the Korean version? I know of arguments STILL going because of that…
There's a lot of people who say they didn't die that Rain's character saved them in the end; there's also quite a few who aren't sure. I took it they died together and he'd forgiven her; but I've been told I'm utterly and completely wrong....so...hence my question.
Wow!!Drama about Sima Yi! With this cast?! I'm so in! <3
mlhs -- THANK YOU, I do love learning new information about my favourite books. I love the book regardless of who is responsible for my version - but I will say it's the most interesting book I've ever read and Cao Cao deserves my thanks; as do you for telling me. :)
That summary should end with '.........umtil she finally snaps, kills her cheating uncaring husband and his…
LOL! Anyone with evil inlaws like this poor woman (and me) would know that's how we get through the days - imagining what we might do. Although she's suffering more than me because she's got a nightmare husband as well. :D
Does ANYONE know where I can watch this - I've seen the trailers and it looks really good. But I've checked all my usual go to sites and I can't even find it unsubbed! HELP! Thanks.
