Also, agreed with you 100%. These actors are talented enough to portray sensual scenes in a subtle way. But when the direction and editing emphasise those emotions, then it looks like the showmakers think we're all just desperate and will be happy with BSE losing composure no matter how overdone.

Finally someone mature with a brain!! Also people keep saying that 'all this childishness for just 3 months' but it's not actually just 3. It was 19 years before that. They'd been friends/ enemies for all those years, unknowingly falling in love, only to passionately date for 3 months and break up in such a sad way. Technically, they've known each for more years than they've been apart (19 vs 18).
Imagine having someone who's a constant in your life for 19 years go awol, betraying you and breaking your heart in the worst way possible.

Haha same. I always do this to myself too. I remember setting an alarm for when Vincenzo and Hos Play eps would drop because of how desperate I was to watch the eps. But I know, no matter how bad the waiting gets, I'll continue watching ongoing series and then cry between weeks 😭😂

This waiting was exhausting so I jumped ship to Love your Enemy. Watched all the 6 eps and now have to wait till the weekend anyway because that's a SS drama 🤡

And thus begins the wait 😭

I'm loving every second that our adult leads are on screen (their shopping scene was so wholesome and cute). They have a lot of baggage and pain, but they still manage to bring out each other's petty, childish, carefree, lovable self and I love it. Finally, the last few mins of ep 5 were so romantic, especially with that beautiful ost, I literally shed a tear. Cannot wait for ep 6!

I understand how you feel. I've never liked this type of ML either because in romcoms I usually (without even realising) put myself in the position of the FL's sister/ best friend/ well-wisher.

But because this is a domestic thriller I can distance myself from the FL and enjoy the toxic shit they both do.

In Korean pervert doesn't always mean in the sexual sense. If someone is obsessive or particular about something or even just a bit weird in an unexplainable way, they're a pervert. So in this case since the husband isn't checking out if his wife's having an affair, the friend wants to say that he's obsessed with his wife and therefore a pervert.

I haven't read the novel, but from the script reading, CSB introduced her character as having selective mutism. So perhaps the character is physically capable of speaking but because of her trauma she cannot or won't.

Reading an article put out by Netflix, I was under the impression that they were going to limit his scenes (and your comment says that that's what you thought too), but that it would be difficult because he was a main character and they would have to rewrite things. I wasn't expecting them to make his character's existence ambiguous.

FYI, trailers feature side characters and extras too. Should they too be removed in favour of the main characters? We'd end up with a fancam then.
