Man this show is great. Amazing acting by all, it never fails. That reunion! The way both Santa and Earth convey so many emotions without saying anything is just... chef's kiss! Especially Santa who is still new in the industry. I love seeing jealous Cake and thriving confident See Eiw. I love that See Eiw did not go back to depending on Cake to be social or for support but that Cake did go back to being clingy and needy of See Eiw because he missed that in America. One could have said that he used See Eiw all that time, relying on him to wake him up and do his homework, and its not really wrong, but mostly I think both took care of each other in their ways. It was their love language, so to speak. Which leads us to next week. See Eiw no longer needs Cake in the ways he did before, so of course Cake is going to feel some type of way about it. I need Tal to either step up his game (man he had 4 uninterrupted Cake free years to make a move, what took him so long!?!) or get out of Cake's way. I am here for See Eiw dating someone else even for a tiny bit if only to face his feeling for Cake (realize they did not leave) and finally confess.
I need more!!! So much cutest! The only way that ending would have been better is if after they crashed head Amagi was the one to sneak attack kiss Takara. It would have showed he finally accepted that his feelings are just as strong as Takara's. Otherwise, no complaints. I do want to know if Tanaka had feelings for Takara?
I finally managed to watch the last episodes(I had to put it on pause for a few weeks) and agree with you. It…
Yes, agree. These young folk have no clue how far entertainment has come. I LOVE Jenny. She was amazing in 3 Will Be Free and she needs more serious roles given to her. Have you seen Love, Victor or The Royals? Those are great. Another great show is Elite! Talk about MESSY!!!
This last episode for the War of the Managers makes me mad! Bew finished the game Toon, Pla and Gus started and he won and he's supposed to be the bad guy? It was fine for them to hurt him and each other, but when he did it the best, he should give up everything he dreamed of?! What shit is this!?! The least dickish was Gus, cause I can kind of chalk up his tricking Bew to being naive and following Pla's orders and also liking Bew so much he just went with it. After that he didn't do anything bad. But MAN the NERVE of Pla and Toon to act like they had a leg to stand on. Especially Toon! What GOOD mother drugs her child and has him give his body to someone for the sake of HER wallet?! And what she did to Gus with the brownie is literally attempted murder cause she KNEW he had an allergy. WTF! It might have not being as infuriating if Pla, Toon and Gus EVER apologized to Bew when he was calling them out, but they didn't even look guilty. Gah! Frustrated, cause seeing Bew hug Toon like it was all good made me want to throw up! I feel it now, the rest if the stories are going to piss me off, I feel it! As badly as I wanted a ToruFirst story, I knew from the trailer it was going to be not what I wanted, but after seeing these last 2 story block, I just KNOW its going to piss me off. Don't get me wrong, the stories are good, I never know where the plot is going, but MAN that ending SUCKED! bew gaslight to think he was the bad guy! If he told his fan club WHY he did those things to Toon and Pla they would understand. Arrgghhh!
Reading the book helped me understand where both of them are, especially Yai, headspace wise. Both are jerks, who are used to getting what they want, so that scene makes better sense. Where did anyone get mafia though? The trailer did not give mafia. It gave too guys who hate each other and one of them tries to record the other while doing something to him, gets caught and then blackmail happens. So they fall in love. Exactly what the first episode gave us. It can't all be KinnPorsche folks. And I really wouldn't want it to be. Yai is a spoiled brat, you are legit supposed to hate him at first. Magkorn is no better. He is a dick as well. Its a classic enemies to lovers plot. So far its lived up to the trailer for me. I wish the sex scene hadn't been as choppy. I get they were trying to demonstrate the frantic nature of the drug and having read the book, it was an intense night but it made it less intense, if you know what I mean. Glad to see Mos and Isbanky's off screen chemistry translates on screen well. I love their blog together and they have amazing off screen chemistry, so I have high hopes for their intimate/love scenes. Not necessarily sex scenes, but the scenes where they are falling in love. Not sure why everyone is complaining, though. This is going to be hella messy and I am glad cause we need to balance out the fluffy stuff sometimes. I just hope they add Isbanky's Dancing With The Devil to Spotify, cause his voice is amazing!
That goodbye was tough, boy! Earth is an amazing actor, watching him literally gather his brave to kiss Cake on the cheek was brillant. His emotions were all over the place and you could see it in his eyes and facial expression. So glad Fee got See Eiw to break out of his shell and learn to just try stuff and have fun. Santa's smile is too much already and then they glowed him up...sheesh!! Love that their older selves look so much like themselves in real life. I really wish next week was here already!!
I am living for the tension between Akk and Ayan. Akk wants to give in soooo badly and Ayan is doing just enough teasing/tempting, without it being too much for Akk, which I love. Not a lot of pressure, just a lot of gentle love thrown his way. I am excited to see them being more 'together' next week. I am also LOVING Neo and Louis performance in this, especially Neo's. He gets a lot of flack for being over the top and annoying in his roles, but personally have loved all his roles. Being the comedic relief ain't easy, and it takes skill, so I knew he could tackle heavier stuff. Love the story line of these 2 boys who have probably loved each other for years but never felt safe or ready to confess. Khan quietly agonizing about his feeling for Thua is just brillant plot wise cause I don't think GMMTV has ever done it so well. I also love the plot of AJ's character finding himself academically/career wise. Its a huge deal at this stage of life but again its hardly shown all that goes into discovering what you want to do/what you want to be. I will say I wish it was longer. Each section feels so short, I need more longing stares and cute teasing.
I finally managed to watch the last episodes(I had to put it on pause for a few weeks) and agree with you. It…
Sooo true about the tragic ending and having lived through it. I think I made a comment on Youtube about the Kpop group OnlyOneOf's lastest videos being like a BL and got attacked by clearly someone who is so young they have no idea 1) it is was not that long ago at all that LGBTQ artists couldn't even show a hint of gay in music videos and 2) that even when they did usually had some horrible fate befall them for having loved who they loved. Apparently BLs are the devil and NOT lgbtq content. I laughed so hard at the baby getting so worked up. I was like chile, have several seats. If the tv show I am watching has a boy falling in love with a boy then I am pretty sure its lgbtq. BL just means we don't usually cry at the end. 🤣🤣🤣
Solid start to Praprai and Sky's story. Only a few things bothered me. 1)We DID NOT need to see PhayuRain's after the race scene again. PrapaiSky are already getting less episodes, no need to fill it with fluff like that or the stupid chicken dance scene that literally served no purpose. It would have been better to see if Sky was still thinking about Prapai as well during that time skip, like we could see it with Prapai. Sky just looked like he was living his life. Which is fine, but then that needed to be clear, cause them juxataposing it with Prapai's ruminating about Sky made it seem like maybe Sky was thinking about him too? Anyway, I like the NC scene, but I think was missing from it waa heat. It was good, no real complaints. But for it to have better worked, it needed to be a bit more rushed or frantic or something. Like they were REALLY turned on by each other. And they mostly accomplished that. But maybe them showing Sky pull down Prapai pants when he was supposed to be going down on him would have helped sell that scene. Same with the behind scene. They made it look like they were doing doggy style, then showed them in jeans still. Like huh? This should have been a 'naked now!' kind of scene and with a few tweaks would have been smoking hot. I will admit that chemistry may play a big reason why some felt this scene is off. They have it, don't me wrong. But their off screen chemistry seem artificial, at least from Peat. Fort gives off big flirt and Peat gives nothing back in real life. Its similar in the show, but I wonder if that is what we are picking up in this episode. Also, what was with Sky acting like he was forced to sleep with Prapai? He never once protested what Pai said. Not even a halfassed one you give when you know you should be proper but there is a hotty in front of you and you really want to hit that. I am confused why he acted like Pai used and abused him. He would have been justified in his comment about all guys being the same if Pai had asked him to leave and didn't bother to even get his name, but Pai did the opposite, so I am confused. Anyway,I will say that Fort's smile is outstanding and he is doing a great job acting wise. I am excited to see what they bring next week. Boss Noelle have spoiled us!

Yaaaass, I saw this trailer when it dropped and am so excited for it. Scared its not going to have a happy ending, though. One of the reasons I loved BL is that ALOT of LGBTQ stuff had the leads go through horrible situations and still not end up together. And while I am all for realism, I KNOW LGBTQ don't ONLY experience trauma, so its wonderful to see happy endings. This looks like its going to end up like Someone In My Room, only waaaay better acting wise. I will definitely check out your suggestion, if I can access it. I had never heard of it, but reading the comments about the actor have me curious!
I finally managed to watch the last episodes(I had to put it on pause for a few weeks) and agree with you. It…
Yes, I discovered SOTUS and then Love Sick on Netflix and fell down the rabbit whole that is BL. Immediately hooked. But I loved LGBTQ series/movies for forever, so it wasn't unfamilar, just new to BL specifically. I saw people talking about the MewArt sitch, but wasn't around for it. It doesn't help that I am not on Twitter or TikTok so I never get all the details of any scandals, even the new ones. I'm sticking around to see how it evolves though. Cause watching how different things are from even 2016 BLs to these days is fascinating!
O.K. Final thoughts1) At some point I'm going to just need someone to spell out the idea of Boyfriend and what…
Yes to the eye rolling at Talay acting lile Puen's affection was too much. This concept that they did all those thing in tbe other universe, were desperate to be together in this universe, finally get it and 'get it' and they WEREN'T boyfriends!?! Lile come on!
This set of the series lesson is don't trust NO ONE. Although and I suspected Bew (and hoped it going to be sweet revenge) last week, I'm a little nervous for next week. Are going to get another couple who maybe aort don't end up together?! I sort of understand why Bew would play Gus like this for revenge, but also they are cute together and I really hope we get at least one couple who stay together. I don't have high hope for ToruFirst's couple. Their trailer was messy, I imagine their set is going to be the craziest based on the level of drama we have seen so far.
Yall I'm really starting to wonder if our baby Bew was lowkey draggin' Pan all those times he acted like he was…
Yup! I wouldn't be surprised cause he acted like it was all good when Pun was being nasty to him. I think Bew is the mad scientist of mayhem and I am here for it!
Man the acting in this is top notch. Earth has always proved himself, but Santa is killing it in this series! Their chemistry is also something else. Right now, even tbough we know Eiw loves Cake, there was nothing but the heartbreak of moving away from your best friend in that end scene. And on the very edges of that was the ' something more'. They just loved each other deeply, whether it was just friendship, family or more. It reminds me of how Billkin and PP describe their relationship. Its a very intimate one but it doesn't mean its a romantic one. Santa and Earth showed that beautifully in the bedroom scene. If you didn't get hit hard in your feelings during that scene, you may need help. This series quality, cinematography, soundtrack remind me so much of UWMA and ITSAY. Beautifully filmed and acted, I feel like its not getting enough attention. The deserve awards for the bridge scene as well as the end bed scene. Side note, I REALLY need to them to clear up how big the age gap is for Hom and Peak. They said junior high, but they are in the 9th grade almost the 10th. If she was a freshman in college, the age gap is only 3 years. And that isn't alot, although I don't condone underage dating. If they waited til he went to college, him as a freshman her as a senior, it would not be as big a deal. But they are NOT making it clear, so that's where I get the skeeves. Cause if she is like a junior in college now, then what in world. Its still not a huge age gap, but still, just way more inappropriate. I need them to clear up the story, just a bit. I want to know if Cake was sad he broke up with Rin or was he sad that he wasn't sad about Rin and was only thinking about Eiw. Did he maybe realize he has feeling for Eiw in that moment? Just thinking out loud. Anyway, this show deserves way more attention and I hope it gets it.
Just binged watched this...this could have been good with a couple of tweaks. I thought Benz did a great job at showing his like for Pavel's character, but for some reason, Pavel did not return that chemistry. I didn't even know he maybe liked all that flirting he received until he made the dinner and Yi didn't show up. And Pavel is sex on a stick so why he didn't come off as hot in this series is a mystery for the ages. I liked Thitneau and Gene, but what was Gene supposed to be besides gay? They made it seem like maybe he was trans, but also not really. All that talk of, whose going to love someone like me...like WHO? I mean Benz with his super soft voice that I love for some reason is way 'gayer' then Gene was but they acted like Gene was something else on the rainbow. If anyone knows, please explain it to me. I am glad Thitneau and Gene got together in the end, but Gene's hestitancy went on for too long especially without an explanation as to why. Loved the bestie relationship, but the rest of the story lines were...huh!? The best friend/boss thing was weird. She liked him, he liked her back, she acted like he SA when he confessed, he became a dick for zero reason, she quits and then they decide to date (Not clear on that last one, I started skipping by this time) What was with the random idol kids and who cares? Also the trio of workers who were over the top for zero reason, again what was their purpose? What was the purpose of Tanwa like Yi? Or the new guy (from Check Out) liking Tanwa, but not actually saying or doing anything about? Why was he forced into an alreqdy established group sooo randomly? If they were going to make this a series where music was important, they should have made sure they could actually play music. Too many music montages, especially of the same song where its obvious they cannot play. Nothing about Yi said he writes songs for a living, so much so that he is famous. His tiny apartment without a bedroom or a bathroom, for 1. His lack of being able to play the piano. His lack of singing skills. We never see him even hum. Another unbelievable thing is the sudden promotion to Shanghai. He literally could not right ONE song, and was threatened with being fired, but somehow he's the guy to get the big job abroad?! Alao, what was the purpose of him getting the job!? Usually plotline is to show the couple having to get over some hurtle being long distance, but literally nothing happened. This wasn't the worst I have seen. This was still better than Bite Me, but this could have been better.
