I saw the name of the band, but there were a bunch of subtitles talking about The Beatles. I guess the band was inspired by them? I am not sure what that was all about.

Yeah, JW was acting a bit like a lunatic in episode 4. (Okay, maybe more like just a tad obsessive)

If she still has the camera that she "stole" (I have only seen this in the show description at this point) why is she hanging out looking in the camera shop? Did she sell it, or lose it?

She has contradicted herself too "I am trying to forget him" "no, I have forgotten about him"

Her favorite thing about him in episode 3: "He never asks me why" "see, even now he didn't ask why I ran to hug him or why I am being so fickle"
I will say I am curious to see more of her in present day than they have given her so far.

There isn't a song on the soundtrack by The Beatles. A lot of their music doesn't stay on Youtube long because of a huge copyright battle from Paul McCartney to regain control of all his songs. You can stream most of their music from spotify, apple music and amazon to name a few. Still hard to believe that a band that broke up in 1970 still holds the top spot for most records sold. Also the only singer/songwriter alive to become a billionaire through his music alone.

The soundtrack to the show is pretty good.

I will have to say that after episode 4, I am more sympathetic to EO.

I will wait till later to rate it, but isn't a 7.9 still a pretty high rating?

He also made a comment when she announced their marriage at the table outside the restaurant "It isn't serious" He is bold about wanting to pretend to get married.. but he is out of it too. He is doing a lot of things to live up to some of her wishes too. "Sitting somewhere beautiful drinking coffee watching the rain".

I think she made that comment in episode 1. Every time he pushes the pedal down, she always has a shocked look on her face. I still think she probably has/had a boyfriend before she left on her trip. It is the name change thing. It is the most strange thing about her.

He has his dream of being a surfing bum..but reality is that he is an architect. They both ran away to have some kind of getaway fantasy. Lets be honest, the guy is way too impulsive and moving way too fast in his little fantasy.
A little too much envy at the end too from her. "Must be nice to have a car with windows that work" "his parents probably bought him that car"

Strange turn of events in episode 4. He is acting up in his interview, till his cousin puts him in check about the 1 month 2 month issue. He is looking for an excuse on why he got dumped.. blaming it on his cousin. He got really defensive when everyone ganged up on him too about the courtship... she got ganged up on too..

Maybe they will meet at work if his father doesn't fire him first! lol. His cousin "Hey, why do I have to get fired?" haha!

I reflect back to a comment from Gun in reply to EO and JW "That's when you must realize, I am NOT myself right now" after EO says "It's possible if a woman is insanely attractive"

Clearly JW is turning out to be quite a dreamer himself. EO comments in the first episode at the speed at which things are happening.. something about "do I really have to point it out?"

I think the second reason is that he agreed to another month, but didn't keep his word. Possibly after the fake proposal, he wasn't as forthcoming as she was when announcing it.. showing hesitation?

One thing is certain, they moved WAY too fast!

He isn't doing a top job at work now either.. distracted and drinking.. She is struggling with her new company...she is distracted too. I am wondering about the significance of seeing her old boss after 7 years too.

I feel the 1/2 hour format is going to annoy me! haha!

I think they might have a future together if they meet again, fight and have a normal pace to dating and getting to know one another... I could be wrong, but we shall see.

Oh, I get plenty of realism every day.. nice to escape into a book or a movie These drama's are a new thing for me. I don't watch serial shows... these are starting to grow on me. It is a lot of time to invest though. I don't like the fact that I am likely missing things from translations... but nothing to get in a twist over yet.

Dating.. ah yes.. plenty of bad experiences to go with the good.
It can be tiring...and sometimes expensive and exhausting.. but usually worth it. Of course, not much dating in a Pandemic! What will be the next thing... zoom dates? At that point, you might as well have a AI girlfriend/boyfriend...lol

Oh I can do it.. I pushed myself too. Of course I got pushed into doing things too when I was young from my father and my oldest brother. One's bold and the other downright brazen! lol

I like to see happy endings too.. I have seen plenty of shocker endings though.. which is okay SOMETIMES..
Happy endings are a plus.. especially during the Holiday's.

No way would I ever be that comfortable that quick.. It is just not in my personality. I hear about love at first sight.. but I never had it.

I get it, I am not exactly an extrovert either. I still loathe giving presentations. I am okay in small groups.. just hate large ones!

I have had to do it for work though.. I only do it because I have to... never loved it! lol I know a lot of extroverts that do though.

As far as dating.. I always had the mindset of nothing ventured, nothing gained. Reality: what is the worst thing someone can say? No? Okay, not true, someone can say something worse than no. ...

I guess I missed the preview of him singing to her.. I will check it again.

This is a pretty good story so far.. I do however pity Seong Gyeom because his family dynamic is pretty horrible....at least with his father so far.

If I met someone that I only knew for a week and she told me she loved me in the throws of passion, I sure as HELL would freak out too! haha! I most certainly would've STOPPED right there.. unless I felt the same... extremely unlikely in a week.

I can tell you one thing, no matter how much education you have, there is plenty of slang in the English language especially in the US. Slang here also varies state to state. There are new additions to the unabridged dictionary every year as well.

What really cracks me up is that I watched the episodes over, and there was a change in translation when they are at the dinner table between what was said between father and son. So a show about a translator had a correction of translation..

I hope to see a lot more of Gun's story.. He's pretty funny. "I am single on purpose" The others are pretty funny too. There was also the cute "young love" story of Gyung Joon and Rin Yi

There are elements to this drama that remind me of the movie Singles.

I am not sure that he isn't clingy. He said "I love you" in less than a few weeks.. that is pretty quick.. He did follow her around when he was trying to figure out if she felt anything for him. I only say this because in his interview he was all about "dating is no big deal" "I like girls that want to have fun" . His descriptions aren't exactly what he then portrays! He is still moping around a year later.... and hitting the booze.

I guess we will have to keep watching to see.

He said 'i love you" after a week or two. I think there is a highly likely that he also has a strong physical attraction to her as well. I don't know how you could possibly feel like you know someone after a week or two!

I am wondering if she had something going with the character Gun? Okay, I am probably reaching here. I keep thinking that the only explanation is that she is possibly married or in a relationship with another guy.. caught him cheating?.... then felt like crap and went out to get away and reinvent herself? Possibly is lying about her name because she is married and doesn't want her husband/boyfriend to find out? Trying to come up with reasons why on earth someone would lie about their name...

Witness protection program? lol

I just hope it's a sweet onion with no rot. lol.

I think the actress Kim Ji Won has done a wonderful job in the roll. That being said, the character/characters she is playing... NOT a fan. I hate liars, and people that jack with people mentally/emotionally. No argument that she is pretty too. (very)

As far as the actor Ji Chang Wook, I think he has done a good job too. He came off as Joe Cool in his IV, but he is far from it.

I like the acting.. just trying to figure out how much I like the story. I will have to admit I didn't like all the back and forth on the individual IV's, but the last episode didn't have as much of it. The production has been pretty good... the episodes are a lot shorter than other ones I have seen to date.
