You didn't miss anything. They did kiss but the scene got cut 🙄
Nothing to do with the censorship because even some relevant & important scenes (no kissing) of the main leads are also cut. I guess for now we can only blame it on the lowsy production team 😞

Most likely they understand Mandarin & watch it without subs on duboku or kisskh. Or some might be like me, who watch the raw eps though I know (almost) zero Mandarin just because I wanna see the main couple interaction. It's unfortunate that the subbed eps are not releasead the same time as the latest ones.

What you describe is the plot for the main couple in this show 😆 the FL had a crush on the ML and chased him. He was cold to her at first but when he started to fall for her, he left without saying a word. She was angry, blocked him on Wechat. After he returned, he chased her back though she didn't forgive him easily.

Their screen time is indeed more that's why the plot for the main couple becomes dragging. The acting of the second couple is okay, I think. I only watched them at the start of their romance then decided to skip it all. I find their story uninteresting for 2 reasons: a) the male deceives the female by faking a disability. She has hearing impairment so he can gain her sympathy by pretending to be crippled & 'blackmailing' her to work for him? What a logic 🙄 Yes, it's a common trope for playing tricks to get closer to your love interest but I don't see any reasonable justification of why he using this particular ploy. He could approach her in a gentlemanly manner but he chose not to. b) the girl is foolish. She's working for the man (because of the deceit) and yet she doesn't know the name of the company or check any basic info abt it 🙄 If she's smart enough she could discover soon that the man is her best friend's boss and him being disabled is a sham.
Someone in the comment below who didn't skip the second couple story said that it's full of fillers because he would "summon" her to fix silly trivial things and this happens repeatedly. So I guess their plot is not really significant & they don't deserve those screen time.

The leads romance is really sloooow burn. One can get bored because their plot takes loong time. The editing team is also doing dirty to the couple as their kisses/relevant scenes got cut for god-knows-what reason. But I enjoy the chemistry between the leads. I can't stand the second couple because from the beginning I hate how he uses tricks on her by faking a disability. And she is so dumb to believe him though if she has a bit common sense she could find the truth easily.
