Yeah this show started out great and it was easy to binge watch. I liked the premise and the leads. But where were the fireworks? Non existent. ML falls and you see it, FL keeps it locked up but her personality just got so frustrating. She equally doesn’t share how she feels and goes into straight denial at the slightest moment yet she holds him to a higher standard every time. It turned into another last minute confession which seems to be a current trend. Writers we don’t need to endure 90% of the show before you bring them together. And then FL continues to act stand offish and obnoxious to almost the end. Where was the sweet love, the honeymoon stage? Just constant bickering and pushing back. Ugh. No thanks.
The side plot of stalker friend and his mother was absolutely a waste of space and skipped the whole annoying thing.
On the latest edition of “Love Has Absolutely No Fireworks”, we get the one thing I thought this latest cdrama trend of last minute confession and getting together was avoiding was stupid FL self-righteous behavior. Ah but no here we are.
Solid movie driven by the skill of the actors involved. Ye Jin really sucks as a negotiator tho in all scenerios we are shown, not sure if that was the purpose. Maybe someone who is stone cold wouldn’t have done what she did at the end. Hyun Bin pulled that off entirely and making him an anti-hero was a surprise.
Beautiful series, and unique plot. OST was a bit lack luster, and sure some things don’t add up, but love the leads and the way it ended. Honestly was still questioning how they were going to wrap it at the start of the last episode but they did. I agree it started out with a ton of humor, and got darker as we went along, but I appreciated tyat Segye didn’t waiver one bit.
You know had the writers lost their way 2/3 in I’d prob score this higher, but the pacing was painfully slow, and waiting until the last few episodes to bring together main leads is ridiculous. Take a little learning from the shorts and speed it up some for crying out loud china!!!
this constant back and forth with the FL is exhausting. Determined to break it all off, but no shes so in love, break it off, nooo, break it off. Tired.
Absolutely loved this show in the early episodes, and guessed it was on track to be a full 10 for me. The chemistry was fire with them, but sadly after getting together romance takes a back seat and the office drama takes over. I love shows that don’t forget the fire that brought them together, and this didn’t do that. Its still a solid 8 for me but I’m frustrated they let that drop. I lovr a good rom com but this became more com than rom. Its a fine balance.
Grateful we didn’t hit too many irritating tropes, and that the annoying seconds dropped off the radar eventually. Decent show.
Started out so strong with a nice premise sadly got lost in the weeds of dragged out momentum - typical of that many episodes - it started to feel like they would never open their mouths…. and again tedious when FL who STARTED THE WHOLE DENIAL thing at the beginning acts holier than thou that ML is not being honest. OK sis but you aren’t either.
Thankfully it eventually resolves and you have enough episodes to enjoy a bit of lovey dovey.
Fabulous wrap on a surprising show. Hardly making any lists out there on socials - not sure why, its far better than Sold Out On You for a start. Yawn fest that one.
Great cast, hilarious plot and sweet ending just right.

As far as chemistry and asthetics go, leads were great.

Besties relationship was cute too.
My kind of cdrama.
