i don’t know what all show ya’lls were watching but this was terrible. Legit, its like a script written for middle school kids, and being played by adults. Immature and unprofessional behavior and dialogue doesn’t fit the business world they are trying to portray. I get the comedy attempts - and thats OK, but they act like 5 year olds and I’m done. What a disaster of a show.
Dropping because I’m sick of the screaming FL and I’m just skipping it looking for something redeemable. It’s boring and awful. Disappointed because I have liked YSH in other dramas. Let down by writing and directing.
Did anyone actually like this? I realize people don’t like things I like, but I do prefer watching shows where majority of viewers can agree its good lol. waited to binge it and now I’m sad from all the negative reviews.. should I skip it?
In parts I found this show humorous and intriguing but it was far too long and lacked the spark for romance. I didn’t feel much of any character growth with FL. She seemed pretty monotonous throughout. Hitting ML too much in the beginning made no sense, and there were too many stupid moments that made no sense.. Aunt Im doesn’t look very old yet we have to believe she was already an adult when the 2 guys that look ancient were little kids. Second, the comment about “your fingerprints are on the knife” well duh he was holding it when he was arrested, so not a revelation. Lots of small things like that just made the script look silly.
The ML certainly can pull off a wide range of behaviors, character and emotion-but he couldn’t carry this show on his own. I loved the rest of the Minamdang crew. Overall I’d say this was Ok, but could have been excecuted in 12 episodes. I started skipping at 14 because I just wanted it to be over.

How was "Dear M"? Do you recommend it? I really liked Bae Hyun Sung in Our Blues. He is so easy on the eyes. Hehe.
FL was ridiculous- bad casting. It was slow and draggy, she was ridiculous, silly and childish- it was an insult Jaehyun tbh. But the rest of the cast were great and J got to sing a few times. Not sure where they are pulling these silly FL from for college roles. They have some better gals to choose from!

if you want resolution start it again at ep 34. You won’t miss a single thing and you can finally get the romance those of us who endured it, waited for lol
Extremely slow tiresome drama that I skipped 1/3-1/2 of. Ok in the beginning despite the slowness, but the writing was all over the place. Trying to insert cliche cdrama plots into a script it didn’t make sense to add them to, caused such random interruptions and some bad editing. what were the producers thinking? Who knows. cast tried their best I think to work with what they were given. I know Esther is adored by many but her childish cutesy behavior and voice are really hard to follow for so many episodes. It feels a bit off as a grown woman with a PhD to act that way. Would love them to cast actors who come across more mature. Less of the shallow and coy would be nice. You just reinforce the messaging that men can be easily manipulated by that. Ugh.
Overall if you decide to watch this and you’re feeling frustrated skip to ep 34. You won’t miss anything important and you’ll get the best parts of the entire show… at the end.
What in actual name of kdrama was that ending? It wasn’t even a disappointing or sad ending - it just didn’t HAVE an end. Good grief writers way to go to ruin what WOULD have been a 10/10 show (despite some of the implausibilities that happened), but this Korean version of 24 had it all.. to be ruined by that, whatever it was, ending of the show. It’s been several years. They are obviously not coming back to it, like ever. Ridiculous. Was about to call it the best action drama since I watched K2 & Healer, but forget it. Utter crap.
Nothing special. Asian Ron Weasley brings it. The second leads in this are annoying and the cousin don’t get me started. I skipped a lot of this drama. ML was great and probably the only redeeming part. The FL Dad was a bit strange. I’d recommend Unicorn Girl if you like this plot. I think it was executed better.
Easy watch, a few plot holes and plenty of cdrama cliches. The one thing I liked was the comedic happy parents which makes a change from the usual toxicity that we get in each drama. If only we could do away with female 2nd’s who think they can never endingly manipulate a situation to get the main lead who obviously can’t stand them and wouldn’t love them if they were the last woman on earth. This is such lazy writing and audiences want better.
