I'm not a fan of over hyped dramas to be honest...but I don't know if it's me,or I'm just a fan already of Korean entertainment even though I don't consider myself one,but the other day decided to watch the original UK one and let me just tell you, considering it was original which should have raised my expectations btw,it only turned out to be flat. Like non of the characters were giving it thier all. They fell flat and unappealing, even the FL. The mistress wasn't even hateable nor did the cheater of the husband. There was no thrill at all. Actors had zero passion playing their roles. Unlike this Korean version where I hated the mistress and the cheater with all my guts and was rooting for the FL till the end. Now I've decided that Korean actors are way more talented and take their characters to their peak. They have passion even for the music, their facial expressions, EVERYTHING!!!! Maybe I'm being baised or maybe because I saw this first I disregarded the original. But that's my opinion. The female lead actress in this was astounding!!!!
She doesn't resemble her at all at least from what I see plus her acting is another level above PGY frigid expressions
I agree. PGY has no talent in acting. She shouldn't even be given main roles tbh. She's stiffer than my stiff neck and she should change that horrible hairstyle,or fire that hairstylist cuz I'm tired of watching her with pixies to short haircuts. She'd look way more prettier and classy with her long hair
Had it's good moments, but very few. It should have been lengthened to 12 episodes no more. After episode 13 it became draggy and boring I was almost asleep. The romance aspect didn't work at all here. They were more friends than anything else. Leads had zero chemistry imo. Ml was more of a mentor towards her than anything else so when she confessed her feelings for him I had to fastforward that scene so it wouldn't get stuck in my head at how random it was from nowhere 😂. Horrible ripoff out of Back to the future. The killer took about 15 episodes to drag and drag the story and reveal it,and when they did reveal it they just decided to say,hey let's wrap this thing up as if they weren't hyping up his appearance since episode 1. Very poorly made drama, the only good few moments was the mother and the ML'ds few interactions. I wanted to see more of their love hate relationship. A 7.0 rating for me. Not worthy of my time. Had to fastforward most of the God-damned scenes so they could get the point across. Grew impatient and was bored midway. Props for the main actress though. It's my second time watching her in a drama and she's improved a lot in her acting. She is different from other female actresses I've seen where all they do is scream, run and behave like a child to appear cute and make silly faces to get their point across. She has a nice voice which kinda soothed me in a strange way. I'm totally going to follow her other works.
ML actor has always been one of my favorite actors after the king of pigs,so the only thing I'm disappointed on is how he choose this horrible script. He's a very versatile actor so he should choose better projects that fit this acting range.
Just completed the drama. And still think romance was not necessary. Even if it meant for the plot to go further because of the son being the one who did the time machine I think that was a sloppy idea the writers came out in the last minute just to complete the 1 hour mark. And if they wanted to add romance they should have hinted it more at the start other than the ml being protective towards her. And if they were going to develop a romance they should have done it justice. A good holding hands, not just a subtle holding and a good passionate kiss. For the first time in my life I think this drama didn't need the romance aspect, and thank God they didn't kiss. That would have been a cringe siezure for sure 😂😂😂
Can someone spoil this for me, please? What did So Yool do to Yun Hee to get her revenge?
She became a rich Japanese man's lover to get her revenge by burning all her music and she doing her own music. Then planned for the military men to rape her.
I wonder...does this have romance? Cuz so far I'm in EP 8 and I see no chemistry whatsoever between them, but then checked the tags here and it says there is romance. The only thing I see about this is that ML is more of a mentor towards her than a lover
Loved it!….loved Mi so so much….she never betrayed her friendship….it felt like my story….me and my bestie…
Maybe you can reach out. But as time has passed by for both of you,it wouldn't be the same as it used to. You'd both have a different opinion about other things in life.
So what i wanted to say that while i was expecting the movie to be emotional i didn't know it was gonna hit me…
Same,I was best friends for a long time with someone but she ended up falling for the boy I liked and had told her about, and became his girlfriend. I didn't stray away from her though. For me it our friendship was more important. Until she decided to rub it in my face how she took away the boy I liked. Still I let it pass but thank Goodness time strayed us away. She was toxic now that I looked back at.Toxic and a backstabber.
A very sad but beautiful story about best friends that loved each other more than anyone or anything between them. A pure love of sisters till the end.
Now in EP 12 and that kissing scene was hot! Didn't thought Koreans were really brave to do kissing bed scenes like that lmao. I've been watching to much dead fish kisses that's why. I'm going to put it on hold until I feel like watching. I love mellows but this one is to heavy for me
Holy shit! I binged until episode 6 already in one day. The perfect melodrama for me right now, chemistry between the leads are just uffff!!!! OFF THE CHARTS!!!!
ML actor has always been one of my favorite actors after the king of pigs,so the only thing I'm disappointed on is how he choose this horrible script. He's a very versatile actor so he should choose better projects that fit this acting range.
Maybe they'll know how to develop it
