btw it is kinda fun how they look much younger in later dramas than here 😅 I am always having a mini bursts of laughter cause especially the F4 just looks like they cosplay the uniforms. Is it just me ? I know they were in their eraly twenties so the difference is not that big un reality, bud I think they made them look much older accidentally

my first k-drama back in 2010 ( it was really hard to watch them in my country back then😁😁😁) i am watching it for the nostalgia now 😁 man the cringe level is killing me , but it is sooo fun to go so back in time. not sure how many episodes wilI be able to last but I still love it 😁

I got kinda Death note vibe from it. It was cool , but the Song Chon story line was a bit too much, I think if they spent more of that time on Lee Tangs development it would've been much more interesting

Feeling a bit down so I had a quick re-watch, wishe there were more dramas like this where i actually love the relationship they have and it lasts basically whole series. no weird breakups/coma/year or two no contact scenarios. just relationship of two adults , maybe tad bit co-dependent but every couple has at least some issues ,and this is pretty normal one. it's a lovely pick-me-up drama. Also i love their chemistry, even made me wonder if they ever dated IRL,very believeble acting. I must say I kind of miss this genre lately

is it just me, or does it seem like her absolute mess of a revenge plan sole's purpose is to actually protect the king? i mean at the very minimum the one-eyes guy plans to kill the king otherwise, so far that seems to be her only realistic motivation and wouldnexplain that somewhat desperate reclessness rhat absolutely contradicts the character's set atributes (she should be somewhat genial right? if so her revenge so far makes no sense even if the result is dethronement).For one , if she dethrones the king there are way worse people to get the power and she knows it, also thw way she uses poor grand prince, who is killing it lately btw, is absolutely horrible. I don't know, so far i think she is more of abad guy than the king himself , then again, lot of the bad guys in the dramas started out with a "just cause" and derailed from there ....that would be kind of cool twist :D

this is quite unusual for me, I actually liked the ending episodes of this much better than anything before them. That is an interesting curve for a drama dmfor me . Honestly there were episodes where i really contemplated not finishing this, honestly if not binge-watched i wouldn't have made it till the end probably, which would be pity now 😁

judt finished 4th episode of doctor slump, and he once again persuaded me, tgat he's a king of romance. I really like his playing style for his male leads in love. don't get me wrong , he's a good actor in general, but whenever his role is to be in love fool, it really takes the spotlight

i think I'll just wait for the rest now, this frels too much for the next few episodes. I mean the main couple has huge issues in their own relationship , I feel like working on those would me much more realistic than adding whole murderous conspiracy with ton of bad guys. that being said , i was thinking from thw beginning tgat su-min was too different from the FL to just get her "fate" handed over. she would never let her husband treat her that way without a fight or let her self be trampled on until her health is destroyed. so at least I have to say it wasn't entiwrly unexpected that they had to add some other story line...however the whole yu-ra plot line feels like they went overboard

Episode 7 kind of killed it for me :( but i liked everything until the ending part

I liked it in general, except some of the intimacy between the main couple seemed a bit how do I say it, forced ? not too drastically , but sometimes I had the thought of " are they even not each other ? " I guess if you changed the soundtrack, and cut out the kissing in the first nine episodes, you could tell me they´re brothers or cousins....okay I did not have the feeling constantly, but often enough to disturb me from the story. To be honest at times it just felt like bunch of straight guys playing BL make-believe :D ...which would probably be the case (or not, no idea honestly) however , there are definitely nowadays Korean BLs where that feeling is no longer present so it make me a bit disappointed. Othe than that it felt somewhat warm and wholesome, the production was really nice and the soundtrack good. The actors were cute of course :D

I can´t seem to get into it for some reason. Maybe it´s partly the visuals and camera work which are not exactly my cup of tea ? I can´t really pinpoint it, but it is not good combo overall fr my mood I guess.

:D:D:D I just simply complied with your request to enlighten in terms of Netflix´s PG-13 drama content, honestly you literally made the request in the post so I took it half seriously....sorry if it sounded somewhat offensive to you?? For me personally, I don´t really care beyond the amusing factor. I do believe characters are just it, characters....so if they are written smokers or non-smokers it´s simply part of them same as their haircut or wardrobe. As for the "nudity," I am not sure where there is much of it in dramas. maybe you could enlighten me in that aspect instead...however, I am definitely a fan of the k-drama shift from closed-eyes-closed-lips + pained expression combo kisses to more human-like behavior :D

I love how I can´t fully hate the main leads :D I mean it is straight-up sexual harassment at the workplace, and it being done by the subordinate for a change does not help really anything. However they are both so freaking cute and cheeky that I can´t help but smile. But I was really glad they came to some consensus so quickly, definitely did not expect that but appreciated it. Now if they just continued with the cuteness and simply made me envious for the rest of the series I would honestly love that....but well what are the odds of that in a drama right ?

I have my doubts there ....like the twitching and why do the last minute transfusion , seemed like "we´ll see how popular this gets and then decide so leaving it a room " thinking

I know leads are quite often heavy smokers in k dramas, it is just funny within the concept here...also the character does not know ' bout the air clearing itself when he took upon the smoking so it ia still quite ironic of him . About the special effects that is indeed a fun fact. I am actually not criticizing the drama for it, seems that did not come across for some reason? I was just pinpointing what amused me , same with Doom at your service where the poor character puts one cigarette after another into his mouth, but the guy just never gets to light/smoke it . It always amused me as well...now I kinda wonder if that was just for fun or on purpose to spare Seo In -Gyuk's lungs 😁 Btw I am not quite sure as I don't play the moral committee, but perhaps some of the hostorical dramas (like King's affection ?) don't get much smoking or nudity ? If you mind it, might wanna try out those instead :)

Buhahaha what kills me is that planet´s dying of air pollution, you literally need to buy your oxygen....but the lead character still smokes one after another :D
I like the feeling, I like the visuals , don´t care much for the story so far, it seems to me basically Resident Evil-like general plot wise.

I dig is voice, at least in black knight, it is definitely hot :D

Ok, I like this drama way more than expected, the "relapse" I hoped they would not write in was indeed there, I feel like that was a bit too much, buuuut she seems to be back on the sassy track, yipee . Now am I the only one who finds Sang Jin and U-ri annoying as hell? Together as well as separately. Also, I find it tremendously amusing how Soo Hyuk apparently does not really notice he seems to do more for Deborah in those few weeks than for his "girlfriend" of four years before . I assume the big "twist will be that the ex-girlfriend does not have a new boyfriend in the end thus there will be a "choice" , but never mind bit of predictability, I like the lead couple together s far, the chemistry, as well as the banter, keeps me entertained enough:)

It was silly, but fun, the fountain "fight" gave some serious Bridget Jones´ diary feeling. I did not like the ending of it, especially the last episode felt very disconnected. Also I found this on Canadian Prime Video, if you want to stream it.
