I was sad, in a way, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that their ending was the most realistic and that they can both learn and grow, and hopefully have better relationships in the future (with other people!)...though these are fictional characters we're talking about. 😉

Good! And what does it matter if some people try to tell us what we can or can't watch? We don't determine what content is made, but once it's out there, it's for each person to enjoy or not, and no one should be criticized for what they like or dislike.

I KNOW!!!! And okay, technically it was my 2nd because I'd tried Between Us but dropped it after the first ep and was like, Hmm, I guess this whole Thai BL thing isn't for me, and then my friend watched KP and said look, I *know* you will enjoy this...and how!!!!

LOL! Probably! It was my first BL series and, at the time, I didn't realize THAT level of NC content wasn't common. I was spoiled from the start!

I thought about that too, and the fact that Boston told one of his few lies when Nick asked where he was (though, tbh, it would have been way too bold of him to have told the truth), but then I thought that if Boston *hadn't* done this with Nick right there on the scene, Nick wouldn't have found out that no, Boston wasn't going to be the boyfriend either of them hoped for, and that's what got Nick to look out for himself and make the decision he needed to make.

Ha! Love how you put that! I think for Boston, he really is able to separate his cheesy feelings from the physical, and maybe he isn't good at explaining this/making this clear because, before Nick, he never needed to. I'd like to think that in NYC he's going to be better able to navigate an open relationship with a future boyfriend.

Right, I assume that Nick is still Sand's roommate, or at least until Sand moves in with Ray.

These will all be new actors for me and I'll be happy with any pairings! 😂
