Do we know what Joe's "job" is that he wants Jack and Sun to do? The one that Jack says is "Simple stuff. Nothing…
So who is Nap working for who wanted to set up Sun? You're right that it doesn't seem like Joe would want to because for some reason he has a good opinion of Sun, so why put him in a position to be blackmailed? Maybe Jihoon is behind it all? I can't see impetuous Junho planning it.
Okay, I know that Junho was referred to as the "adopted son" but I wasn't sure how we knew that before ep5, and I didn't know Jihoon was also adopted. I think in earlier eps they called him "godfather" and "stepfather." But okay, so Peace, or Songmin, is his only blood-related son so that's why it's so important for him to have heirs.

But wait, how is Nap working with Aim and Yao if he and some masked men just stole all the money from Yao? Wouldn't that mean Nap is working with Joe? Or just Aim if Aim is going against Madame Yao?
And yes, you've reminded me that I wanted to rewatch the scene where Aim and Jihoon are talking in a parking garage (I think) because I thought maybe Aim was planning to betray Yao? Okay, that's the scene where Aim hands over the two Thai guys (who later are killed, one by Peace) to Jihoon, who then gives them to Joe, because they were trying to side with Madame Yao.
Jihoon definitely wants to get rid of Peace to take his place, right? But what relationship does he actually have with Joe? He's been called a "son" but at the start I think he uses a different term than "father" for Joe.

Thanks! I just wanted to make sure *I* wasn't missing something and that the job hadn't been explained to us, though it seems like Jack knows more than he's telling Sun if he says it's simple and they only need a few guys, though maybe he's just repeating what Joe told him.
Of course, what are the chances that Joe actually rewards them with anything?
Oh! I nearly forgot that your username makes me think of "Let's...positive!" from BL Drama no Shuen ni Narimashita: Crank Up Hen. ππ₯°

Maybe! I've been going back to rewatch scenes because the whole issue about who is working with whom and who is trying to backstab whom is confusing me! π But it means that now stuff I saw in earlier eps makes more sense because I know who people are better.

Okay, so it isn't totally clear what Joe's job is, and I thought that we were told, during a conversation between Yao and Aim, that Joe was pushing 3 times as much drugs for her to sell, so wouldn't Sun be destroying Joe's drug supply in the end?
Do we know what Joe's "job" is that he wants Jack and Sun to do? The one that Jack says is "Simple stuff. Nothing complicated. But you'll need 2 or 3 guys you can trust"? He tells Sun that Mr. Joe wants to play dirty and will back them up, but to do what? Joe wants them to play dirty with Madame Yao, and we do see Sun, Tim, and Tan robbing her drug dealers to steal the money and the drugs, but that was Sun's original plan before the meeting with Joe ever happened. So what's the job? Has it not happened yet?
hu??? because of the hair and height?? man have I bad news for you about real life couples.... Also their faces…
I KNOW! I read a similar comment the other week and thought, wow, that's odd, but to find another? I don't think they look at all alike (apart from being men with dark hair)!
What a rollercoaster this episode was.I didn't recognize the guy with the mask at the very end... who was it?…
I was taken by surprise how well Peace could defend himself. Actually, he had no scratch on him while Sun did. He might be the better fighter here. :) // In the first ep Joe mentioned that Peace (or Songmin!) has a black belt in Taekwondo, and then mentioned at the meal in this ep that all his "sons" have black belts.
I'm not even sure I have the words to describe how amazingly wonderfully perfect this is. I wish I could erase my brain to watch it again for the first time. I cannot, CANNOT recommend this enough. I am in awe of the script and the acting. 10/10 for sure.
