Very common with Koreans. Most actors marry wn they’re old. Also, not everyone wants to adopt
It's not same. Even though fertility declines in men too but it's not extent t of the women . They can father children in 60s too. This plain biological truth.

Men can father healthy children well into their 50s, but for women, conceiving at that age is unlikely unless they previously froze their eggs

True but there are people who have kids at 50
Still, his wife was between 35 and 40 at the time of their children's births, and they had significant difficulty conceiving their second child. Despite advances in medicine, the age threshold for female fertility remains largely unchanged. Many actresses who have children in their 40s likely conceived using eggs they froze years earlier, meaning the biological age of the eggs is much younger than the age at which they were fertilized. For a 47 year old woman who has not yet reached menopause, the chances of naturally producing a healthy egg capable of resulting in a full-term pregnancy without genetic abnormalities are extremely low and MKS was having twins at top of that.

You can search on Naver for various news articles featuring their interviews. To get a decent translation, use more reliable tools like Papago, Quillbot, or even Google Translate. While the translations won't be 100% accurate, they’re usually good enough to grasp the overall meaning of what’s being said.

You’ll likely come across several similar articles with slight variations, some may have overly dramatic, clickbait-style headlines that don’t match real-life tone of the actors. Filter those out and focus on the content that reflects the actors' real opinions. 😉

Ahn Jae-wook of "The Five Eagle Brothers" also expressed regret: "I wish the second half had been more intense. The writer seems exhausted

Compared to its initial upward trend, "Please Take Care of the Eagle Five Brothers" saw its viewership falter in the latter half due to a slightly lower dopamine rush and a more subdued atmosphere. When asked if he had any regrets as an actor, Ahn Jae-wook replied, "Of course I do," and then added, "I have many regrets. Actually, I also talked with Uhm Jiwon about what ideas we could come up with. It's said that anyone can read a script and say it's interesting or not, just by looking at the writer and director. He mentioned the atmosphere on set, saying, "Instead of rushing to film the script even if it comes out late, I wish that before the script is even written, if the actors or the production company have good ideas, they should discuss them and create opportunities to help the writer."

And then he said, "It seems the author went through a lot too. I felt she was struggling a bit after the middle of the drama. The script pace also slows down sometimes. When that happens, should you only bear the stress alone?
I felt a bit disappointed with Gwang-suk and Dong-seok as the story moved from the middle to the second half. It felt like they needed to gain momentum to really sweep us away, but perhaps they were too relaxed, the tension dissipated a bit, and they went too loosely."

These excerpts are from recent interviews with the male and female leads. They offer valuable insight into how the actors felt about the story’s development, especially in the second half and ending. It's evident that the script deviated significantly from the writer's original plan.

Uhm Ji-won speaks out about the forced pregnancy and childbirth setup: "It wasn't the original ending

Since the drama is 50 episodes, it's impossible to write the entire script from beginning to end before starting. Instead, the writer gave us the general framework." She continued, "When I first heard from the writer, it was an open ending. It was a story about Dong-seok and I dating, but one of them leaves and then they meet again.

CS and MS are a senior couple in a friend zone for a senior home, there is nothing vibrant romantic erotic about…
You previously claimed that Uhm Jiwon is unprofessional, untalented, and even dislikes the male lead and that’s why the romance in the drama isn’t working. But now you’re backtracking and saying you actually don’t know why the chemistry is off. That’s a logically inconsistent position.

If you truly don’t care about real-life people behind the characters, that’s great. But clearly, you did care, which is why I and another commenter stepped in to respond.

You’re absolutely within reason if you dislike the female lead’s acting in this drama or in her other works too. If you don’t feel any chemistry between the leads, that’s also a valid personal opinion, and I respect that.

But when you go beyond that and start attacking her character or professional abilities based on limited exposure and even place the entire blame for the drama’s shortcomings solely on her that’s not only unfair, it borders on spreading baseless rumors. That’s the part I take issue with, and why I responded.

And no, I’m not going to block you just because you form opinions quickly or without much reasoning. That would be petty. I’d rather engage honestly and set the record straight.

Great !
Let's meet in delulu land. 😂

I’m serious about writing the fanfic, by the way. You’ll have to wait a few days for Ep 1. I need time to do the daunting task of setting up my imaginary Eagle world. I’ll share the link here in the same thread once it’s ready.

I'm going to rewrite the 50-episode script shamelessly with ChatGPT's help. I’ll keep the characters, setting, and key events intact, but give it the treatment it deserves. Time to prove I'm better than the original writer (as are many others in this thread). Just wait for it!

The writer has completely changed the direction of the plot. The initial synopsis was quite different from what we ended up getting. The two characters who changed the most along the way are MKS and HDS.

The plot twist I proposed is just barely enough to salvage HDS and MKS’s relationship but probably not makjang enough to catch the production team’s attention. Just two more episodes to go, and both the viewers and the actors will finally be liberated. 🤧

New theory in town!

HDS is pushing for the child because he overheard that MKS has longed for one all her life, but chose to let go of that dream out of fear it might cause tension with her stepchildren and lead to inheritance or succession drama. Now, HDS is determined to give her the child she secretly wants.
Even at cost of her or child's life !😂

It is a Daisy. Looks like like an African Daisy, but I am not sure.
It definitely looks like a daisy, and acowen3 seems to have narrowed down the species even better. Thanks for replying!

I was able to google lens it and it says it's gerbera daisies...specifically a variety known as spider gerberas…
It really does look like a spiky gerbera daisy. Thanks for replying! I won’t even admit how many hours I wasted on Google trying to identify the exact flower. But they’re so pretty, I couldn’t help it. 😅

Thanke Vibs, because you've always been speaking my mind. I honestly really wondered if writers changed halfway…
Will they give baby Bom a special acting award at the year-end drama ceremony? She truly deserves it. Such a patient baby, calmly being passed from one stranger's arms to another without showing any signs of irritation. In one scene, she was clearly sleepy, and AJW was trying to keep her awake and distracted. I just hope she gets plenty of rest....and plenty of money, all safely deposited in her personal account (and untouched by her parents!) once the drama wraps up.

As for the writers of weekend dramas, they actually have a lot of downtime between projects to think clearly and craft solid scenarios. So why this kind of lazy writing? Is it because their jobs are secure with the network? Honestly, writing family dramas should be one of the easier screenwriting gigs. Sure, there are challenges like live-writing while the show is airing, but still, there's usually enough time to plan multiple storylines before filming starts.

Yes. She did and I thought it was absurd for a 45 year old woman to dream of a child.
