Khing, and her hence people, Gina and AF basically stalked Cake, and Kla. Yet, in the end, Cake shows Gina how to bake, so that she could end up financially healthy/wealthy on her own. Khing, who's family is rich, moves her out of Thailand, so that she can "heal". While AF is set up to end up romantically with Cake's younger brother?!

From the very first minutes of the first episode, I started smiling. This live adaption of the manga is really wonderful. They cast the four Yuzuki brothers brilliantly.

I am trying so hard to not binge watch all of the episodes in one sitting. The first week's episodes were wonderful.

I wonder if TPTB are giving these casting directors notes that they are actively looking for 25 to 30 something actors to audition for these roles? It shouldn't be too difficult to find older actors (who also happen to be visually pleasing to potential viewers) to try for these roles right?

Those novels were called "bodice rippers" during the 80s. This is definitely a "cuppiece ripper". Everytime Patt's imagination goes into hyper sexual overload, he's allowing Mr. Elis to do all the naughty things that his secretary wants him to do to him.

Now, I bet in Elis' mind, he's allowed to make sweet, and gentle love to his beloved Patt in his fantasies.

Kla definitely knows that both Gina and Khing don't like the fact that he's dating Cake, but again I still wonder why he hasn't said anything to them about their behavior. Especially them just showing up out of the blue to interrupt their getaway at his family's resort. Kla didn't even extend the invite to those two. Along with how rude Gina was towards Kla's siblings. She didn't even apologize.

As for the party invitation, again I understand that it's very important that you're polite to your elders, seniors, and members of your society, yet Cake didn't feel comfortable in attending, but he couldn't be able to be seen as "rude" in declining the invitation. Maybe because I am definitely passed the age of drinking alcohol until you pass out, but I guess this was needed to lead up to the scene of AF giving Cake way too much alcohol.

It is most definitely twisted, and I hope by the conclusion of this series that both Gina and Khing apologize to Cake and Kla about their behavior. I also hope that Kla severs any sort of future interaction with them. Those two have never been his friends.

A lot of people don't get what intimacy is, without connecting it to needing to see these characters having sex. Sex and intimacy are two entirely seperate things.

I loved that when Kla was jealous, instead of being mad and accusing Cake, he simply expressed how he was feeling and then they worked together to solve the problem by communicating honestly.

I also thought it was great that both Cake and Kla aren't worried about discussing their issues, situations, and the development of their relationship with one another. It doesn't make it tame, boring, or drama free to show that these characters can express their feelings for each other by showing them talking to one another.

The writers really made reference to the idea that Khun Dad could possibly get Nu Lin pregnant with their baby.

Well, the next episode will be set at the beach (Phuket), so we will need more screentime for Cake to meet Kla's family, for Cake and Kla to have sex, AND see how the writers come up with someway to have everyone from both friend groups end up joining the festivities.

I don't think the writers are throwing AF in the trash. AF is an outsider, and basically only Cake is close to him. Cake's other friends tolerate him, because Cake was nice to him. Have you noticed that AF shows up when the group is already together? He just pops up, out of nowhere.

As for the motivations of Gina and Khing, I still don't get why Gina is so fixated on getting Khing with Kla, when it's evident (to me) that she doesn't even like Kla.

Haii is actually doing a pretty great job in portraying AF's mental and emotional instability in not accepting that Cake has never thought of him as more than just a good friend. What I am puzzled by is why this type of portrayal is almost always in these BLs, especially the Thai ones.

That if AF had confessed sooner, he just assumed that Cake would accept him.

So because you showed romantic interest in someone, they just have to accept those feelings and date you.

OMG...that drunken nightmare of AF attempting to go Alec Forest on Kla and Cake was so horrible, yet absolutely hilarious. It's like the writers knew that they had to touch base on AF's obsessive behavior and unrequited feelings for Cake.

Do teens/young adults really behave in this invasive way with other teen/young adults who have no involvement in the entertainment industry?

Why is it considered to be "arrogant", because you won't accept a gift from a total stranger? Why should you feign interest in someone else, just because they are interested in you?
