lol I never said she wasn't a criminal and it largely depends on how case is handled. that's why taxi president sent those case files to Prosecutor Ha Na. my bottom line is simple- private prison idea is bs and even more so with some other criminal running it.

first 3 eps were interesting. I am looking forward to how their dynamic develops.
this is smth different. Its very rare in an asian series/ movie to show any character (main/side) seeking mental health treatment.
Usually, kdrama audience prefers vanilla romcom leads and not someone with psych issues. Ig that's why makers made the eps shorter so its easier for them to watch :/

It sounds interesting and it'll probably be 6-8 eps, I think.
I believe this is the 4th Korean Netflix original series- 'Extracurricular', 'The School Nurse Files' and 'Move to Heaven'.

I think they never altered CCTV footage, they just switched 2 taxi's exterior in the tunnel and each went different ways. and she was on a stakeout. He slipped up and she saw him. second, he could've blown her off and she would've summoned him via court order coz his ID was at the bomb scene. He wanted to avoid all that.
last 2, yeah suspend your disbelief. lol in the same ep we saw DG beating up 30 dudes with knuckledusters with a torn shoulder labrum. He also stole a cop car to catch the lady boss. its much better to question that XD
I'm pretty sure you can come up with similar loosely written scenarios if you combed through 1st half. and like I said, if writer had provided a gradual development to both leads since the beginning, it wouldn't have to be done in hurried fashion in later on.

Less serious criminal is criminal who is warden of that private prison. Its straight up idiotic to trust her. And I said career criminal and offenders like murderers, rapists, pedophiles. Insurance lady was not that. they could've sent her to normal prison and she would probably get reformed there too. and didn't President gave DG a speech while recruiting him that he wants to bring about change by separating criminals from society and then reforming them.

I kinda agree. main couple are sweet and their banter is cute but I am far more interested in other characters.

romcom writers put such minimal efforts in their script these days *sigh

Writing was never a strong suite of this series. Viewers saying its different in second half must not have realized that problem was there since the beginning. In general, 'case of the week' shows always find trouble weaving in overarching plot. The fact that Prosecutor's character was mostly just used for PPL in first half and most of the development was given later on. Moreover, there's this nonsense of putting criminals in private prison over an actual prison with keys in someone else's hands (who also happens to be another criminal). No pedophile/rapist/career criminal is getting reformed with what President of Rainbow Taxi was doing. It sounds so stupid. idk what was Rainbow crew looking to achieve with that. Also ML's character feels empty outside of getting revenge part.

romance is the most popular genre on this website. even when it makes little sense plot wise, some viewers just want it in a drama.

nah her character was never about love story. her dream was to be at forefront of a movement that brings about change. what she needed was her own strength to face fear which she found in ep 8 after seeing comatose friend of Hee Tae.

Hee Tae is making it out alive and he's the one who jumped off at the train tracks in the beginning. He will probably get saved by his friend in military. And I think his stepmother and step brother are going to die too. The only one who'll be alive at the end will be Myeong Hee's brother :/

also I said there won't be a love triangle here with SFL-ML-FL. doesn't makes sense considering how SFL's character has been.

its an unpopular opinion but I find Soo Ryeon's character a lot more interesting than any of other 3 leads :/

I am seeing some comments about actress' retirement. is it a trend for japanese actresses to retire after getting hitched or just smth she has mentioned in her interviews?

both MC are not as engaging as I expected them to be even after taking majority of screentime. there's very little substance compared to style (even for a romance) in this series. like I said above, its running on faces.
