Exactly, some commenters are acting like she did that for no reason at all. Meanwhile, I didn't even hear a word…
Right? The atrocities Ashin experienced and witnessed were 100x worse than what the Joker went through (and I'm not minimizing his trauma).

I like the prince. If she wants to hurt him, I won't have any problem watching her die the most painful way possible.
True dat. It's not a bad gig to be the bumbling sidekick to Joo Ji Hoon :)

Cannot wait for Cliffhanger and feast on both JJHs.

So, unfortunately, Ga Bin may just get a happy ending if things play out like I said they woukd weeks back, that…
Yes, I love how SPY is letting her ex squirm in the quicksand of his making. I don't know that A Mi is mentally unwell, though. She's just naive, wanting everything to work out her way. Clever enough to know how to drive the stepmom crazy while pretending to be the unschooled American.

I don't think in actual fact would seo ban be interested in hye ryung so its gotta be someones imagination again…
The time jump and tone change from ep 12 was jarring indeed.

To all the Song Won haters - who's the manipulative mercenary now?

I tend to like and upvote your posts, but don't forget that Beom-pal set things in motion.

It's a little boring.
I see this is a sketch or tone poem to an oil painting that was Kingdom seasons 1 and 2.

And all alone.
On Kingdom: Ashin of the North Jul 24, 2021
As usual, the woman is blamed for everything. It was the Haewon Cho clan that starved the south, needlessly slaughtered the Jurchen wild ginseng hunters, instigated the wipe out of Ashin's tribe, and bungled negotiations with Japan. Don't forget that they were the ones who unleashed the zombies in Seasons 1 and 2.

Who can blame her, though? I was weeping at the senseless brutality and treachery.
Would you have done differently? Should she have submitted to a lifetime of being passed around the soldiers and doing menial labor?

It’s uncanny how much Kim Shi Ah who plays young Ashin resembles JJH so much.
She was amazing as an actor, and yes, could easily be a younger JJH.

Wow, the last time I scanned this message board, this was a stan war. I'm intrigued by your take on the sexism and your knowledge of the tech industry.

Good one! They are both out of touch with their emotions. There are so many broken people in this drama, and maybe that's why we're all smitten.

The salacious gossip that I am, had to look up what happened. Apparently he started a makkoli business that went under, and the couple were bombarded by creditors. That was apparently the reason for their split.

Came here after hearing that this was the favorite Kdrama of my favorite blogger and Kdrama podcasters. They said that while contemporary dramas are more technically accomplished, they just don't deliver the emotional payoff that older ones do. Started watching this today to bide my time before the new Penthouse and Love Marriage Divorce episodes drop :)

Ah, I thought they were just away on a trip and died in the water. I don't think the writer wanted to add another wrinkle at this late stage - unless there is indeed a third season. Writer-nim, why, why, why?

Lee C pointed out how long and laborious the writer's dramas are. I checked out New Tales of Gisaeng - 50+ hourlong episodes!
