Honestly i don't know what people in the comments are whining about. This is so far a solid sci-fi, with interesting plot and unusual characters. The humor is very distinctive, but personally exactly my taste.

Like i already mentioned: You have the right to state your opinion that's what an open society is for .. give the right to different perspectives, tastes and opinions.
For myself it makes a difference for the culture of the active community here. Outsiders who apparently just register to boykott and rage don't represent the community here. And apparently like now i'm insulted by some new accounts registered today it is a sad proof of the people you apparently identify with as "we".
I can't take that serious and advice other active members who love this community to be aware of that.

I said what i feel i have to say, because like you i don't like the misrepresentation of facts and this comment-section is apparently misused. To speak for myself, I don't like to lose time nor energy to discuss with people that apparently by diction, used emojis and spelling mistakes is actually just one.
Well, how can criticism can be taken seriously if apparently a dozen people that seems to be stating their opinion is actually just one or maybe two that are intentionally trying to influence the news-section of this platform.
