Title Was It Love? Spoiler
So just finished ep 11 and I was saying before how I thought it was selfish of FL to keep her daughters father…
I agree with you! Only if the father would've been an abusive psycho not having the daughter meet him is justified, but we know he is not like that so the choice NOW that she's old enough should be made by Ha Nee

not saying I don't like seriousness but it's all always based on miscommunication between leads or other people…
Dang that's even worse...D: let me edit then: why a grown ass adult and affirmed actor in is 30s is still obsessing over a girl like a middle school boi??? XD it's almost impossible his feelings are still so intense after all that time! didn't he met any girl worthy of him? AJ is not even that great imo. She's dense af and pretty selfish

not saying I don't like seriousness but it's all always based on miscommunication between leads or other people getting in the way... that's why you need to talk the important things in person and not using a text!!

the hetero cringe skyrocketed with all that prejudices, the gay trope is just queer bait... in ep 2 after the…
I tried a couple more but I just dropped it. As you said it became boring, the star crossed plot is interesting but they already revealed everything so there's nothing to discover...also the 2 lead is a waste of time since he has no characterization, his existence is just for the sake of the triangle and the girl. He was raised for 19 years as her brother so it creeps me out a bit the idea of his fancying her. ..after the random makeover (at least he had his clothing style but no, let's make him even more anonymous. Like a change of outfit can make any difference). I liked him at the very beginning but now meh. The fl just exists, she doesn't do or say something particularly interesting but the two guys are just sooo in love with her. And let's not talk about the fact she decided to work for the guy who stalked her and made her lose her job - I mean she didn't know the past lives thing so this is legit romanticization of a toxic guy to me. I usually don't mind fluffy dramas full of clichés but this one is simply not entertaining to me x.x sorry

I can't get past episode 2 with Goblin. I know is *THE* drama but idk something about a hundreds years old spirit or whatever and a 19 yo girl makes me cringe a bit. I'm not against age gaps but 19 is basically a child compared to him. For instance I didn't had any particular reject towards the couple in "you who came from the stars" because the fl, even being centuries younger than the guy was at least not just graduated yesterday from puberty x.x I probably will try again somewhere in the future but idk.
Besides this I have a lot of unfinished dramas, especially past 10 eps, because there's this trend of being super captivating (first episodes are almost always super interesting, I dropped just a couple of them at first or second ep) in the beginning just to become flat, cliché and mediocre past half...sometimes I just stick to the end because I got attached to this or that character or because there's a detail I'm curious about, but most of the time I just skip to the last episode just to see if it has at least an happy ending XD

I'm just at episode 3 but I'm not sure I want to continue this...
the hetero cringe skyrocketed with all that prejudices, the gay trope is just queer bait... in ep 2 after the "tent accident" the two cops said something like "they are handsome, can't they find a girl?"
It doesn't make sense to insert LGBTQ+ trope only to use it as comic relief (???) and it's not progressive at all...like we are lgbt friendly but actually not.
The male lead seems a bit stalkerish and manipulative. At first I thought he was plotting a revenge on the fl but now I suppose he's remembering his past life and wants to be with her but...I mean couldn't he just casually met her somewhere and invite her? He had to bribe the artists in her previous job so she loses it and coincidentally hire her (a webtoon department in a pharmaceutical company??????)
These are pretty much the things I didn't like, I'll try a couple more of episodes to see if it's gonna take a different direction but meh, I don't have much hopes.

I’m on episode six and the product placements are insane! It was funny at first how they just inserted these…
At some point they don't even try to hide it anymore. I just watched ep 8, they made a full commercial of a car. It was totally out of context and cringey. And publicizing a car in a shows that has teens as major target is a bad choice of where to spend your ads money imo lol

You know that feeling when the plot is hella boring but you're curious about one or two aspects so you keep going? XD that's why I usually drop after at least 4\6 eps

Usually when they go overseas it's because of some fancy schooling so it is a status thing. I can still remember…
Well since it's where I live there is no school specialized in coffee here xD we just use moka or coffee machines. I did culinary school and there are some notions on how coffee is made and the typologies of it, but I mean is one chapter of a book lol

The first kdrama I watched was Cinderella and the 4 knights. I totally loved the childhood thing,I don't remember seeing any western stuff with similar connection, so it was totally new. But after 37832827622828 dramas with this trope I can't not agree with you, it gets boring and that feeling of something special vanishes. Especially when one of the two is still madly in love after years of being apart (this is totally unrealistic c'mon. Do you even remember your schoolmates from elementary? And even so, people change a lot, you can't really expect they remained the same as they were as kids imo) first love is totally overrated xD

Other than the ones you wrote down I get annoyed at:
- the bitchy second female lead who abandoned the ml but came back to claim her old status. (Possibly after rejecting his proposal, leaving the boy with relationship issues because of that), moreover if she is immature and spoiled. Special mention to the ml being dumb af taking her bait instead of focusing on the other girl
- the OH SO PERFECT male lead who never failed anything in his life, all the girls are ripping their panties for him and he's so educated and gentle, smart and filial. I'm absolutely not into jerks who wristgrab and always give the could shoulder either, but I like flawed characters, they have a lot of space for growing and they're layered like shrek and onions and lasagna. v_v but also because they're on a pedestal and the fl is kinda inferior to him, they're more deities than humans xD
- the I need to go abroad to pursue my career just because. Aren't there schools and stuffs in Korea?! Why they glorify Europe or USA, I don't get it
- the "you do everything to be a subhuman but I fell in love with you because you're so beautiful" Females and males, but mostly males are the toxic ones, usually the girl is the dumbest thing alive and you try and fail to see HOW can they possibly fell in love. I would surely not speak again to someone who treat me like shit constantly (like in master's sun, itazura na kiss or secret garden)
