Can I say how much impressed I am by this series? This episode was incredible! I really love Pete and Niran's interactions and the bond that starts to form between them✨ I feel they will change each other for the better. Niran by helping Pete with controlling the demon, so controlling his anger issues and Pete by believing in Niran. Niran seems like a person that has lost faith in himself after the incident with the grandpa, so I feel Pete will help him find his way again..💖 But the highlight of this episode for me was the ritual scene. I got chills. Both the acting and direction were great..👍🏻❤️
this show has exceeded all of my expectations and they were already extremely high lol. i wish more people would give it a chance because it's so well made so far and getting to see other GMM actors get to do things outside of their box has been really fun. excited for more evil Krist and Queen Godji.

Sad that this drama is being swept away(pun intended) because of the popular drama coming out,funnily enough I finish them less of those but turn to more niche,underrated dramas.

The town still feels a bit empty however its a story between two people so I understand. Could have benefited from 10 episodes but would still like so see the directors intention in making the drama this way.
This wasn't even on my radar. Terminal illness, I think, will scare most people far away from this series, but I actually think it makes for an interesting storyline. I don't mind having the character die at the end, I just mind them dying by the truck of doom or some other random, stupid idea. Eternal Yesterday is still one of my favorite BLs.
As for the first two episodes, it drew me in quickly. Zhan Wang is interesting as the bad boy with a broken past. I'm fairly sure his dad kept him away from his grandma, and that is why he never came back. Considering those marks on his back and the brief memory of his brother. Although I am curious if his disowned brother made contact with the grandmother or are they half brothers?
It didn't take him long to sympathize with Xu Yuan, who has just as bad a life, just in a different way. I think we are pretty much over the "I don't like you" hump so I'm looking forward to falling in love portion of the series coming up between them. Although I am wondering how long it will be before Zhan Wang's secret comes out.
I'm also looking forward to seeing more of the doc and the bad boy story. We barely got into them, and they make a good opposite pair. They are at least a couple that might have a chance at a happy ending.
I have seen this numerous times and really showcased how good the main leads were especially the gifted Johnny Huang. Even now ten years later the series still resonates with viewers today. The series Stay with Me was really good too. But this original was a masterpiece. Will we ever get a series showing how this extraordinary story ends? Hope so!! 😊
Ohhh I remember Kentaro from his stint as an occasional Terrace House host - he was just there for eye candy while the others provided the entertainment. ahhh i miss that show.
The first episode does do a good job of setting up the characters and series but IMO this show really doesn't get going until episode 2. That is when grandpa turns down the BL path and our couple starts moving down the same path.
I was laughing at grandpa's research attempt🤣 Picking an ABO novel to start out and then trying to hide it even as the kids are sneaking in BL to read as his daughter-in-law disapproves. It just made me laugh so much. I was also laughing at the grandma and the clock at least until we found out the reason she was clutching that clock so much and then it was so sad😭
As for a BL boys it is nice to see two actors we haven't seen in a long time pop back up. Dinosaur Love might recognize Guy and Something in my Room fans will be happy to see Save again. The setup for these two is INCREDIBLY sketchy when you read it in the summary, but when you watch episode 2, it makes more sense.
Their setup reminds me a lot of I Cannot Reach You. When Guy confesses, Save is very confused as if the thought had never occurred to him. He doesn't look disgusted or hate Guy but he can't just forget what is said either. He isn't the one pushing Guy away, just needs some space to figure things out. Guy is the one to actually avoid him because everything can't go back the way it was before. Being HS kids, patience isn't in anyone's vocabulary.
I don't think this is going to be a situation where Save just used Guy and dumps him but one where they do actually end as a couple at the end. Mileage is going to vary on whether people are ok with the way these two start, but I think if Save is honest with Guy, it will work. If you look at his character in ep 1 he is a caring guy and I don't think he will end up hurting his friend. This is also from ThaiPBS and they have been pretty good with LGBT rep from what I've seen.
Poom’s acting is wonderful and all the more the respect for this actor as he has spent hours training and rehearsing for these scenes. Hats off to you Poom🔥🔥🔥 The series is so good and Poom and Up are so great onscreen together!!!
The wait is finally over and I really look forward to this one after the amazing previous stories. The leads bring a different dynamic, a bit of enemies to friends. It’s interesting cause I see them as equal - both are strong minded and not one is ‘weaker’ than the other. I’m liking the comfort that Suer felt from Nao, it’s going to be an emotional series.
I honestly really miss the doctors gang so much but the new friendship groups seem interesting so far.
I thought Season 2 had had potential at the beginning but it definitely in my opinion it went downhill. It wasn’t messy and the drama that did happen was not intense. The best scene was the Boston and Nick scene, that was amazing and NeoMark killed it!
Another emotionally heavy episode... I love the mature tone, how they are there for each other during the hard times that actually happen in real life... I am grateful his "beard" wasn't sharpie. I felt bad for the student all the way around, losing someone that believed in him and that he likely was developing a crush on... so during an already confusing time for him. I hope he has some support somewhere so he can let all his feelings out too
Very interesting calm before the storm rolling into the last two episodes.
I love how complex Bambi is. She can be a nightmare when she's trying to get what she wants but she's desperately afraid of being a burden. The situation with Lady Bird is what Bambi was most worried about happening so it's not a surprise to see her doubting whether she should stay with Prim and risk making things worse. Even after hearing Ant's speech, Bambi still can't help but worry she's a weight that'll pull Prim down further. Especially after overhearing Min earlier.
It'll be interesting to see how things develop with Prim and Min. Of course Prim was conflicted about cutting the vacation off early. She wants to work with big, important clients but she's also worried about Bambi. And she said it'd been ages since she took any vacation time. While I don't know if they should cut ties with the client completely, it did seem pretty unreasonable of Min to push Prim so hard and then try to push blame on her feelings for Bambi. She should know better than anyone how much Prim needs time off. I'm looking forward to seeing the discord between them as they've always been mostly on the same page.
And of course Shasha and Gorya leaving the city behind for the most adorable vacation of their own. So many wonderful little scenes and moments. I love that they're continuing to push and poke at one another even after getting together. It's wonderful to see that push and pull along with the comfort they've long since worked toward.
I loved hearing about Shasha's desire to leave the industry behind. Of course she'd want to stop modeling. A huge weight's been lifted off of her shoulders with her old manager gone and her trauma revealed with the intent to help others not be taken advantage of. She got the girl and she's got friends and now she's thinking about what she really wants. I really can't wait to find out what she wants to do next. But of course, first we have to meet to initial source of much of Shasha's self-image issues and anxiety. No one makes us feel quite as inadequate as our mothers.
I'm curious to see if this story will lead to Gorya standing up to her or if we'll see Shasha stand up and break free of her mother herself. I think the latter is much more interesting.
Oh it's been a while since a show grabbed me like this. Was in a months long bl slump and this weirdly named but amazing show catapulted me right back into the world. I think it's takes me longer to watch these 20 minute episodes than it does an hour episode, because I'm savoring each moment and rewinding things over and over 😂 Obssession is settling in!

Aof continues to bravely explore social issues (like blindness in Last Twilight), and has the sensitivity to balance the conflict between a young manʻs sincerity of faith with his growing understanding of his sexual identity. Helps that Aof already built trust with Fourth and Gemini, who gave him fine performances in Moonlight Chicken.
Looking like they plan to keep the colonial and class aspects in the background (Franceʻs century-long colonization of ʻIndo-Chinaʻ resulted in many elite Thais converting to Catholicism to maintain their power over the Buddhist commoners).
My only disappointment is the series being limited to 5 episodes. Would have loved to watch these 3 (Aof & Gem4) explore the possibilities for personal transformation over at least MCʻs 8-episode story arc.
10/10 casting, 9/10 production, 7/10 plot idea, 0/10 writing and story execution…
So much didn’t make sense, it’s like you could sense what they were trying to do (after all, nothing was particularly original) but even then the script and pacing just didn’t make sense…
FL was not likeable, it’s ok to be flawed and complex, but they didn’t do enough to show her past or redeem for the way she shouts at staff and how egotistical she is even when she’s just around people she likes and not having to prove anything to others…
And the way the previous king decided his son of only 5 years old was too feeble of character to become king? At 5 🤣
And as regent ML was just able to make 8 year old abdicate throne without even revealing it was in the will to the public… like there’s no failsafe to stop a regent (who’s there because child isn’t old enough to make big decisions) taking throne and completely changing line of ascension…
And how he decides to abolish the monarchy rather than saying he wants to allow a public referendum which makes more sense (and is what they eventually do)…
And finally even in last scenes he tells her he liked her since school and couldn’t help running to her- but the show started with him literally rejecting an audience with her over and over again… Like just decide writers! If you try to do every trope of course you’ll do them badly and things won’t make sense 🤦🏻♀️
Such a disappointment, there’s no way IU had full script to read before agreeing to this- or she just saw dollar signs… sad though, I was confident she was more discerning based on her other dramas 😢
As much as I love the performances by the prosecutor and the two officers, I can’t help but hate their characters for what they’re doing. They don’t seem to have even an ounce of humanity left in them. Watching the child’s mother break down crying on the road was absolutely heartbreaking. This show is making me feel so helpless and emotionally drained.
They actually have tonkatsu in Bukhan, obviously not as good as from Japan/South Korea/et cetera, but it would've been possible for some people to get it. In some rare occasions you can actually ask the handlers/etc. of the tours to cook specific food, but there's supply/etc. limits.
If you only have one citizenship/passport or don't want to risk it, there's always the NK/fusion restaurants around Southeast Asia/et cetera, they serve (North) Korean dishes except adjusted for the local/international palate, and some locations have pretty good meals, others not so much.
When the defector/Kang Gil-woo was about to leave, he actually said "kimi no namae wa" and I was like, whoa, that's a reference to the Kdrama's own anime-esque opening (Your Name!) as well, loool.
And that reminds me, for a moment I thought the Armed Forces TV reporter/Jeong Mina/Jeon So-young was QWER Chodan (due to her hairstyle/etc.) when the defection news was finally divulged for the rest of South Korea.
I can't believe the LitRPG/Progression Fantasy/etc. system claimed him with the stamina depletion, rofl, was wondering for a while if he was gonna have drawbacks with the leveling up for the skills and all that.

And white vinegar or other acids/compounds/etc. do help with the smell/etc. of food (same with laundry, it kinda replaces the scent boosters/fabric softeners/etc.), and that tomato addition will definitely add even more umami/savoriness for the Shokugeki no Soma/Food Wars overload, lmao.
I have to admit I want to rip Talay to shreds. I've low-key mistrusted him and not agreed with what he is doing, but he all-out crossed so many lines in this episode that he has crossed over to villain in my mind. He is using Taosor as his own little doll to dress up and play with as he wants. He KNOWS Kim is causing changes in Taosor and is actively trying to stop those changes from happening. Having to reset your life every day isn't healthy, and yet both his brother and his DOCTOR are trying to make that happen.
I'm kind of wondering if Taosor didn't jump off that bridge? Or at least try to drown himself over the loss of a lover. That bridge scene was a little bit too convenient, and Taosar said something along the lines of him falling through the water peacefully. It would also line up with him falling in love again and now starting to remember what happened to him, as if he is now ready to deal with the pain of a past lover. It could also be why Talay is adamant about nobody sniffing around his brother.
It has occured to me that if I forgot my past life everyday I would be keeping a journal of some kind beyound the paints to write down the things that are the most important things I would want to remember. I mean he couldn't take the time to write down I feel like kissing this guy on the back of his painting😅
I loved the show. For me the most important aspect of a bl that keep me hooked in the chemistry and these two nailed it at that. Even when nothing was really happening, you could still sense the spark between the characters.
They tried their best with the budget and other obligations we might not be aware of, like they forcefully tried to end the last 2-3 episodes within 40 minutes and cut scenes that were shot already. Idk why.
The actors really brought Liuyi and Chusan to life and that was visible and mattered the most. Their kissing felt like Chusan Liuyi than the actors.
They couldn't give a full plot because that would take 50 episodes to cover. Lol. The novel is of 1000 pages and as someone who read the novel they didn't even cover 30% fully. So they might be coming up with season 2 hopefully.
I also think the dubbing created a distance between the character's emotions and the audience. Like in the Hospital scene, as XX mentioned in the reaction video how his voice also trembled and reflected his state of distress at that time, the dubbing couldn't match that, may a times that's a killer. I wish they could release it in their own voice, that would create a great difference.
Even with only one proper kiss in real in the last episode, they kept us holding onto the drama and somehow was able to show their dynamic is amazing. I also LOVE Chusan. I'm talking about the book Chusan. The utmost devoted and the most unconditional love I've seen is of SanYi. So beautiful. Once they come up with season 2, it will struck on the right pulse for more people I feel.
Also, as actors XiZhao are just so compatible as a cp. I've never seen a cp who are so complimentary appearance wise, personality wise, vibe wise, they just enhance each other and they were meant to be SanYi, I feel. ❤️
