My drunk friend told me the wacky plot and title but his ass is going through a hangover now so I need someone else to help me out here.

36 episodes aren't enough I want this to become the longest running cdrama to ever exist. I need one episode each day until I'm on my deathbed and telling my grandchildren that they need to watch JOL if they want the inheritance.

Loved the meta humour in the beginning of episode 1, everyone pestering that woman to know what happened to Fan Xian because he stopped updating the story was a personal attack 💀

I've unfortunately seen it too :( I agree that it has the same vibe though! It was a great drama.

How did some of these clichés made their way into this drama? And who the hell even likes the 'salty girl who only exists to kill the vibes' trope? If you do, I'm going to track you down and tape you to the ceiling. You'll only have a stupid spider in the corner to accompany you as you reflect on your actions and goofy ahh taste.

Prettiest vertical drama I've seen, it was beautifully shot.

Everytime there's a gl set in a lesbian bar, it feels like free therapy. There's just this comforting vibe, perhaps because there's multiple characters and even when they might be strangers, they genuinely care for each other, they listen to others' stories and share their own. Once I'm able to come out of the closet irl, I'm definitely visiting a lesbian bar. I want a bartender to give me some older sister advice and possibly a discount lol.

Season 1 is necessary, it's a continuation of that part, it can't really be watched as a standalone because then you'll have no idea about the context, or well, anything at all.
