Just as I thought Sifeng becomes powerful, he gets stabbed, again! @#$%%^&
As far as I remember, Hao Chen told all of them to kill both Si Feng and his dad. Xuan Ji needs to grow backbone to finally defy her father and senior brother. Perhaps after the truth comes out and she remembers, she will be more resolute on protecting Si Feng.
Has anyone here read the novel? I couldnt find the fake marriage part upon reading the novel. Does the series…
The fake marriage is drama only addition. It adds more pain for Xuan Ji in the drama though. The drama more or less follows the novel in regard of big picture but it added a few plot here and there which gave a heavier feeling overall to the story (which is very good).
Even tough it is all has been angst moment ever since Si Feng identity revealed, the positive thing is he no longer needs to act weaker than he is. It was very satisfying seeing him in episode 43 & 44 defeating all those hypocrite sect.

Really?? Good to hear that she would not cultivate the feeling mantra again with Hao Chen. No wonder Hao Chen so pissed in the end of episode 44.
First time I watch episode 44, it was already passed midnight so perhaps my brain no longer able detecting details. But when I re-watching I got even angrier that my first time, hahahaha. So angry when Hao Chen taunting Si Feng about what had happened between Hao Chen and Xuan Ji.
Why is HC claiming SF is MSX, not XJ? Doesn't he know the truth? This is so inconsistent.
I found Hao Chen was very laughable at this scene. He was the one who knew best who MSX was. He should be thankful that Si Feng loved Xuan Ji a lot that he sacrificed himself.
Based on leaked spoiler and trailer, Si Feng will fall into a long coma in the end (before their marriage). And during this coma, he will spend time in Shao Yang. I even pretty sure he sleeps in XuanJi bedroom (the bed decoration is the same with Xuan Ji's in episode 40+). So, what I want to know: Does this mean Shao Yang realized its error? And feeling apologetic toward Si Feng?
But then I also noticed that the courtyard is rather empty, and Xuan Ji is left alone there with Si Feng. Does everyone keep away from that place or Xuan Ji herself that prevent everyone to get close?
I think this the first Xianxia drama that I'm rooting for Evil sects to win over that so-called righteous sects…
I am happy that when they are married, Xuan Ji will follow Si Feng to Li Ze Palace. In the novel and in the drama (based on trial), they leave immediately after the ceremony. Good! Staying in Shao Yang for prolonged time is harmful for your mental health.
In my opinion Hao Chen just didn't know how to love someone with sincerity. He thought that with what he has done…
Hahahahaha!! Agree!! He seems in this delusion that he is the most important person for Xuan Ji just because he taught her cultivation for 4 years. But when he realized that his 4 years "intimate - living together - close relationship" lost to Si Feng perhaps only a couple of weeks(?!), he went ballistic.
His conversation with Si Ming that you quoted actually made me sigh. He was really stupid in love department. Yes, Xuan Ji wants love but she only wants love from a certain person. It was crazy of him to think Xuan Ji would just agree to marry him just because he offered it .....

Hahahahaha!! I watched episode 23 and 24 with subs today. And I flabbergasted with Hao Chen. How could he think that Si Feng is an unimportant person for Xuan Ji? Even if Xuan Ji didn't love Si Feng, he was still her friend. Protecting a friend is normal.
That unfeeling mantra really screwed his head. So, who is the one that Xuan Ji shall deems important? Him?
I just finished episode 39. It seems there are 2 versions of her death. According to Sifeng's father, her original…
Oh this one. One of the poster here has explained that in the drama, golden bird clan once served under MSX. Also Yuan Lang and Wu Zhi Qi were like right and left minister of MSX.
In the novel, Yuan Lang was once the best friend of Wu Zhi Qi (I don't know what type of demon he was). Both of them had nothing to do with MSX. Yuan Lang is a reincarnated person. In this current life, he was a common 6 feathered golden bird in the novel.

I cannot see her rebel in her current state. Well, the novel gave her and Ming Yan a happy ending. They even had child earlier than Xuan Ji and Si Feng. Right now I am so annoyed with her. From what basis that she said demon could not has feeling?
In my opinion Hao Chen just didn't know how to love someone with sincerity. He thought that with what he has done…
It is exactly because he doesn't know that he forced his feelings to her. To love is to give without expect anything in return. Hao Chen thought with his caring all this time, he already showed his love and right now he demanded his "payment" which was Xuan Ji heart and obedience.
As a proof, see his reaction everytime Xuan Ji rejected his marriage proposal. He looked disbelief, as if he didn't understand why Xuan Ji rejected him.
I can understand about linglong strong opposition about SF she suffered a lot due to wutong which made her like…
She seemed to forget that Wu Tong who kidnapped her was a human while the one who rescued her, Si Feng, was a demon. Her PTSD made her loss ability to think clearly. Also the ones who kept on harassing her right now were righteous sect disciple. She might as well blind
