This drama is definitely a MUST watch, really amazing acting, OST, visuals, fighting and everything. Though certain parts were draggy and rather disappointing. Otherwise it's best to try it out! You won't regret the lore, plot and world, that's for sure.

So true and their love was much better , healthier and open than Shanggu and Bai Jue. (Mostly on Bai Jue's side). It was a shame, and very VERY disappointing. Especially at the end when Shanggu neglected their and Quingmu/Houchi's child. as if he didn't lose his father too. Though the show was good, there parts of it that was extremely disappointing and draggy, as well as plot holes.

This was an amazing drama. The Queen is such a wonderful mother, she raised her sons so well, and they get along with each other like no other. All of them different in their own way, but ultimately love each other and are affectionate. She accepts them for who they are and helps them. Wow. Her character is the most loved in many dramas that I've watched.

Question is now that we know for a fact that Physician Kwon mother is the deposed Queen; What is this non negotiable request will she have for the Queen that they agreed upon earlier. This is about to get crazy...

OMG! I feel so bad for the Queen, literally carrying everything on her shoulders and to go that to the CP SON??!!! A little child, you are a demon. A lot of these people in the palace are inhumane beasts wearing the skin of humans. Crazy.

Also I was revved up and so hyped for when the Queen had to LITERALLY be the pillar for her family and the CP since the King is a coward, and the officials are corrupt.

Waiting is too torturous!! They should at least do 3 episodes every weekend, this has to be one of my fave dramas already and we ain't even done yet. WOW.

As I mentioned, I wasn't sure as they didn't go in-depth. But I do see that it is a transwoman since that is her true self.

One of the princes, not sure their sexuality but he is very gentle and feminine, he loves makeup and dressing as a woman, so gender-bender. He literally is so pretty both as a prince and as a lady.

I love the drama, yes but the last episode was annoying because Jin mu was able to manipulate and plan things out so easily despite them supposedly knowing and have precautions. The fact that none of them also investigated and would think deeper as to why she went wild? It's seemed rushed especially the introduction of the bells which came way too sudden. But nonetheless I hope season 2 will wrap up with a the ending that it deserves, a happy peaceful one. Naksu/Mu deok deserves better.

I agree with you that Chu Qiao is a great FL, it's a shame that this character was presented in this specific drama.

This drama has been hyped up so much that I took the expectation that it was going to be something unique and actually one of a kind gem. Just to find that... it's bland.. and nothing but the opposite, ordinary.. and dragged.

I am on episode 15 but not really feeling this drama at all especially in learning through the comments about the unsatisfied ending.

Even from the beginning, the men presented weren't that great seeing how they treated other humans that they thought were 'lesser' than them. Although a few of them were not evil including the ML and the 2nd ML, they still sat idly by many times.

Anyways, I'll drop it for now.

Literally one of the few dramas I ended up watching while on-air. AND THE WAIT IS TORTUROUS, I love it.

Would have been better if they'd focus on their lives, while either both maintaining slight to no contact consensually as friends or acquaintances. Then after several years, meet back up when he was fully adult to have a proper relationship if they still longed for another. Otherwise dropped this at ep. 15. --they wasted good potential.

What a horrid ending. Everything plummeted, why would the authors do something so unnecessary , irritating and disappointing.
