I’m on episode 15 and I agree with you. they’re both young and inexperienced. they’ve slept in the same bed several times but she shies away from his hugs and kisses. their romance is for the younger viewers. even when they’re together, they communicate via WeChat 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ I suppose that says a lot.

I can’t really say since I’m on episode 8 and he’s making a move (even though very slow) but she’s the one who’s very shy and timid around him. They’re both inexperienced so I’m not expecting a relationship like in You Are My Glory.
who else likes the fact that the ML isn’t the perfect, smartest, and most skilled martial artist? Too often the leads are too perfect and flawless so it’s refreshing that GZY has room for growth.

same here! I’ve watched 2 of her dramas and the characters she portrayed are immature with a baby voice. I was afraid she’ll be type casted and only play these types of roles so it’s refreshing that she’s not one dimensional. she’s killing this role snd I love it!
As brides, FL and SFL have to keep a demure appearance but I hope eventually we get to see their martial arts skills. nearly 20 years of specialized training to prepare them so I hope we get to see all their skills.
