What episode are you on? A lot of people complained of heavy palace politics and not enough martial arts/action. I think MDL needs to update the genre because it’s listed as a wuxia when I don’t think it really is. Anyway, once they leave Yongzhou state it’s not as politics heavy.

I agree with you. I think it’s a bit lacking in fighting and action scenes. They need a better fight choreographer too. It was better in the beginning but not sure what happened since then.
