What a terrible, terrible show. Finally there's a show that beat MMDIY in being one of the worst GL shows. So…
I'm going to take your word for it and give this one a pass. I agree with you about the multi episode promo for Miss Grand Thailand that is Show Me Love. It was almost campy farce with the "50 ways not to kiss your lover" and "how many things can Charlotte trip over to appear shorter than Engfa?"
MMDIY, though, I had a better experience with - yeah, the script was mostly awful, but so was the book it was based on, [Note to producers: if the source material sucks, you ARE allowed to rewrite the plotline for TV; e.g., "Us"], but I loved FayMay together, so I can't hate on the show too much, especially when there were others I dropped after one or two episodes.
But Joon Mo porking his drug supplier is peachy, right?
It. Wasn't. Different.
She didn't start it. She didn't want it. Her boss discovered their previous relationship, pressured her and made it an assignment. She tried several times to get out of it, but the jackass boss wouldn't let up.
There is no amount of gaslighting that will make this anything other than sexist double standard.
It's on YouTube. Depending on your country, you may need to use VPN.
It's an app that routes your Internet requests through the country server you select, making it appear as if your request originates from the county you selected. There may be some free or low cost available to you.
UPDATE: I finished the series, from my perspective, episodes 1-8 are worth watching; 9,10,11, and all but about…
• At this point, as Gen, I would no longer be associating with my morally bent parents, brother, or that snake of a doctor. • As Aoey, it would be a cold day in whatever underworld may exist before I'd greet Gen with anything other than the Thai equivalent of a cease and desist order and a hearty "Hey ho FO!" Anyone who would treat me like that doesn't deserve me.

ORIGINAL: I'm on Episode 9, at the point of wondering what kind of effed up childhood Choy Planoy must have had that, even as an adult, she blithely puts her literary stamp of approval on the heartless, bizarre, and consequence free toxic and borderline sociopathic behaviors of her characters, and that's when she's not actually rewarding them.
What I'm about to say may qualify as spoilers, so I'll drop it in the comments.
EDIT: nvm you know of them anyway so you're just plugging a new show as if you dont know... SIGH My sweet summer…
Thank you. I've enjoyed them all. I am a big fan of Thai GL and admire what those in the industry in Thailand have been able to accomplish in terms of world wide ambassadorship for these dramas. Thailand is truly the leader in producing quality content that shows love is love.
I may get jumped for this, but I'm 5 episodes in and IMO this is the most professionally acted, scripted, and produced Thai GL/BL I've seen. There are no weak links. The chemistry and sexual tension between the leads is fire and dear sweet lord above, that pink and and black nightgown should have its own series!
people need to stop watching/supporting these kind of disgusting shows that goes against human nature.
A loving, supportive relationship. Passion and romance. Kind and devoted siblings. Close, multigenerational families. Forgiveness and reconciliation. Found family. Accepting co-workers. Parental love. We should all be blessed to live so unnaturally.
