still watching this one but i had to come here to point out: whoever styled the FL's hair extensions (or cut her hair like that) did a HORRIBLE job and i know it doesn't and shouldn't add anything but it genuinely looks so hilarious i can't take scenes with her in it seriously 😭😭

Great show. But was i the only one that was extremely annoyed at that pony tail extention she wore. It was so bad 😭😭😂

I am so glad there's no two guys fighting over the FL which is what I felt was hinted at in the beginning with Dr. Lee. Zero love drama. It's just so nice to see such a nice and slowburn romance between a ML and FL with top chemistry. Both get development and learn to support and care for each other before anything really sparks, but man, the teasing is wonderful from the ethereal scenery to the incredible amount of tension their interactions bring. This drama has a very sad main plot and some equally sad cases, but provides a happy ending (albeit rushed timeskip), and provides one of the most comforting feelings to me. It's a must watch. Ji Sung is at the top of his acting, and I found LSY a perfect match for him in her role. The secondary characters are also perfect with brief setbacks of their own, but they get their own developments throughout without hindering the main plot. Overall, cast writing is one of the best. There is also perfect pacing and the great OST made me emotional in moments. The twists hit very hard. I only didn't like one part of the last episode about the whole unnecessary "stalking" thing. Everything else was perfect for me.

finished in 7 days. I give it an 8.5. this is a very healthy drama.

the villain setup is kinda cartoonish but dont forget the real villain is the hair extensions

Ah dude literally after watching it nothing seems good enough.. doctor john had the PERFECT balance between romance and plot. Too much romance makes me cringe a lot but this had the right moments at the right time that had me kicking my feet.
Anyone who has a recommendation like doctor john please tell me cause I can't move on jisung is just too charesmatic..

But firing him just because he can't feel pain is illogical. Diagnosis of a patient has nothing to do if the doctor can feel pain.

LOL. If a doctor tells me he can literally feel the pain I am feeling, I'll go to another hospital. They're either aliens disguised as humans, or quack doctors. 😆

I could have understood if the doctors were against him working at the hospital out of fear for his life, since he could get any disease running around the hospital and not know it until it caused evident symptoms, but just because he didn't feel pain? I don't get the logic.
Yeah, ok, the main reason for firing him was because how can he be a doctor in the pain unit if he doesn't feel any pain? Well, I don't know, call me crazy, but my wild guess is that he has studied medicine and he knows how to identify illnesses and their symptoms, that's why he's a licensed doctor. xD
I guess the writers didn't want to go too deep into this and used a simple approach, but to me it would have been more believable and it would have created more drama if the hospital wanted to fire him because of the possibility that he could get ill at any time and they didn't want to deal with a sick doctor.

That's understandable. But they're doctors and they know CIPA isn't contagious, especially after watching his TV segment about it.

If anything, as doctors, they should defend him. He has rights not to disclose information about his health if it won't affect patients.

It's like saying a woman cannot work as a Doctor if they have Turner Syndrome.

And following their silly logic, psychiatrists and psychologists have absolutely no rights whatsoever to diagnose other people if they themselves haven't lived through the diagnosis they are giving others.

Only Autistics can diagnose an Autistic, for example.

What I don't understand here is what's their problem if he can't feel pain?

I had an appendicitis, is it illegal for a doctor who haven't felt appendicitis to treat me and operate on me?

I have gout. Is it illegal for a doctor who haven't experienced having gout to diagnose me and give prescriptions?

What kind of silly logic do they have that it's an Earth-shattering issue for a Doctor who can't feel pain to diagnose a patient?
