This is probably one of the very good dramas I watched this year, usually I don't watch Time travel dramas but…
Yet the FL, the actress KIM HYEYOON got several awards and nomination for her "ACTING SKILLS" for her pervious and this specific role "Im Sol" for portraying various emotions in a single drama. Even getting MINISTER of CULTURE honor award and BUSAN FILM FESTIVAL nominated as one of top 6 best actresses in Asia out of 206 dramas for outstanding portrayal of "Im Sol" character in Lovely Runner... and not to mention writer of Lovely Runner wrote the entire story taking Actress Kim Hyeyoon as her muse and said the drama wouldn't have been made if she hadn't accepted this role... at least you can watch next eps right away...we were depressed for a whole day+ a week after that to recover from…
Fr!! ep 14 was even sadder...I was crying so much when Sol was crying, then at the convinence store when Sunjae told her "I'm seeing you smiling for the first time", and then the goosebumps I had at the end of ep when he saw the vision of his past self running towards ferris wheel 🎡 😭😭.
We spent a whole week waiting for ep15 just with that convinence store scene because it was like the only happy moment 🥲 in the ep and represented the new beginning that Sunjae didn't fall for Sol in OG timeline because of yellow umbrella but it was because of her bright smile 💘, showing the parallels with ep2 yellow umbrella scene and ep14 convinence store scene...
PS: one fun fact, when it was airing everyone went to check if Sonagi(Sudden shower) song had disappeared from spotify or other music platforms in real life because the song was disappeared in drama after ep13 ending 😂

About the topic of less popularity, ig followers is not that of a big issue because ws is a top model before an actor, while Hy is a pure actor. Also HY already has 6m followers which are more than many other famous male stars. Many legendary k-actresses don't even have 1m followers but still they are SUPER FAMOUS in Korea. It just means everyone has different background as Actors & Models. That's why I don't think ws and hy should be compared in the same mold.

Since this matter was around the 1st week of June, after that issue all...all the actors, directors, writer and staff went to the Phuket Reward vacation together in the 3rd week of June. There Hyeyoon and that one director was still standing close in all pictures and interacting happily with each other. It's has also been mentioned by actors or staffs that both directors were like mom and dad figures on the set. We don't know how close they're in real life. In my opinion we shouldn't always judge anything based on assumptions because it could be turned into an embarrassing situation for Hyeyoon personally. Just like how around april/may, fans started assuming that Hyeyoon's new agency "Artist company" is not promoting her properly....but later it turned out that it was only because of delay of official handover from previous company and less love calls at time (RIGHT NOW LOVE CALLS HAVE BEEN POURING FOR HER) Later Hyeyoon had to apologise to her both companies on the behalf of public opinions, which was embarrassing situation for Hyeyoon. So personally I don't want to criticize or assume anybody in her close circle, just because it could make things difficult for her 🫶👍

1. Im Sol eventually returned to 2023 after she took care of few things. Aside from erasing herself from Sunjae's life she also prevented Youngsoo's first murder with the help from Taesung's dad. This marked the beginning of her friendship with Taesung, maintaining these relationships is crucial to Im Sol bcs Sunjae is still not safe as long as Youngsoo is still alive.
2. Lee Sieun said she imagined 34yo Im Sol writing to 19yo Im Sol to explain the timeslip and her friendship with Taesung so as to not confuse 19yo Sol. And like previously said, maintaining connection with Taesung and his detective dad is important to her because Sunjae is still not completely safe as long as Youngsoo is still alive.
