Watched this show in 2020 while it was airing but came back here today bc I heard how low it was rated on MDL. 8.2??? Is this a joke? Absolutely not! This drama is nothing short of a 10. The rating is atrocious
So glad to see people defending the show in the comments. I remember seeing sooo many negative reviews a few episodes earlier and thought I was the only one who enjoyed the show.
As someone who's been watching BL dramas since Lovesick, I have learned never to set my expectations too high and give the show a fair chance. I think the problem is most people expect every drama to be the next KinnPorsche or ITSAY but we know that ain't gonna happen.
For an average GMMTV drama with new-ish actors, this was a solid 8/10 based on the actor's effort, chemistry and overall effect. It was enjoyable and painful (as intended).
Anyone looking to see if they should watch the drama: Yes, do it but don't expect it to blow you away. It's entertaining and easy to binge.
Damn 💀 my trust for the opinions on here has plummeted. It did after Vice Versa and it especially has now.…
Honestly, I feel you! The show may not be my fave thing ever but it's definitely not as bad as people are making it out to be. You should def finish. It's fun, heartbreaking, and somehow the acting only imporves the more episodes you watch. I just finished and it was a solid 8/10
Yall why is the rating 7.3??? Like yeah it wasn't the BEST BL drama but it was a solid 7.7 at least. 7.3 is kinda harsh considering the amazing chemistry we got from the leads
The perfect BL doesn't exi- SIKE!! It does and it's right here!!
This is one of the few, if not only shows where I've cried tears of happiness bc of how much I love the characters, esp TinnGun!
Highschool musical who? This is the new standard for high school musicals and BL dramas in general!
10/10, GMMTV will never be able to top this show! Fourth and Gem really outdid themselves esp bc it was their first full series! I'm so happy we'll be seeing more of them in other shows!
Probably just me but i think the pacing and the dull lighting in the show kinda make me a bit bored? I think I would enjoy it more if I was binging it so I guess I'll wait for it to finish airing
Here's the thing: I wanted to love this and gave it a fair chance but utterly disappointment by the writing. Actors did amazing. I blame the writers and/or director altogether.
At least give me a solid reason. Ending it with "Why did we break up?" "I don't know" doesn't cut it fam. Can't believe I wasted my time and energy smh
Oh boy, what a rollercoaster up until the last second.
Honestly, I was not even gonna bother with this show because I already watched En of Love. But I was bored and decided, why not bc I knew exactly what to expect going in.
Gotta say, definitely an upgrade and Vee is slightly less of an asshole in this. I hated and loved Vee throughout the show and I honestly think Yin did such a great job playing Vee. Ofc War never disappoints. I'm so amazed at his acting every time. Felt my heart break with him every time. I was yelling "F*** YOU VEE!" the whole show lol
Idk what this show did to me but I ended up binging the whole thing. If you want angst, watch it.
Hey, it wasn't perfect but it was a very fun short BL with an interesting set-up. And the fact that we got some spice in there was surprisingly nice to see ina J-BL
Mixed feelings... The beginning was painfully slow and we had no idea for like 5-6 episodes why he was so mad! Like come on, should've dropped the hints from ep 1 so the viewers weren't completely lost.
While I was willing to sympathize with him on feeling hurt and abandoned, I dont think it warranted his attitude towards his manager or Yeonwoo...
Also, yes, I'll say it. His story sounded boring af idk why anyone would wanna make a movie out of lol sorry not sorry

We were robbed of their time on screen together and I desperately need more!
